ep 30 spoilers please help me understand (シ_ _)シThe divine move is the friends we made along the way (´`;)?"once…
Well it's related to CY disappearance. He spent thousands of years looking for the divine move and now that he (well, SG) found it and has to disappear, he should be feeling happy, right? But he doesn't because all he wants now is to stay by SG and his family and his friends' side T_T So the divine move for him now, the one that gives him his purpose in life, is no longer the Go divine move but all those friendships T_T
As for the second one, well CY spent thousands of years desperately chasing the divine move, but eventually it's SG who focused on the beauty of the game who ended up discovering the divine move.
I think that those 10+ min were very funny and cute at the same time :D
It is indeed cute and I enjoyed it too <3 Tho I was hoping they could have used that time better (more closure? actual conversations?) but it's an additional special cute clip nonetheless so I'm thankful for it too :)
Also as one of the few who doesn't hate Aey, I was sad about his (or lack thereof) ending, but it's an interesting insight I guess, how the "happy" celebrities we see are actually struggling offscreen and their fans are their last string of hope.
And if I'm not mistaken, the fairy tale scenes in the end are only in the uncut/WeTV version, right? So instead of treating it as a real part of the ending (which will only disappoint because that whole 10+ minutes didn't really make sense lol), maybe we can just think of it as a small gift for us.
I did not expect that I would like the Kao-Up pairing so much. Their chemistry was on fire and they seem like good bros irl. I hope they get paired in more series and become one of the top BL couples.
It is this disorganized? Now, I might as well dropped this one.
Hmm idk what ep you are on but the original post I can say is very nitpicky. Of course if one is looking for award-winning Nobel prize-level writing this drama is definitely not it, but it's not that bad either. The writing, despite its plotholes, still makes a lot of sense and is fairly reasonable and realistic, better than most BLs for me tbh. So I recommend you check it out yourself and form your own opinions :)
The moment Aey cried when left in the boardroom. He realized his mistake. He somehow knew what Gene was feeling…
Wow I didn't think of that tbh, on how Aey connected this with his past experience. Now I /lowkey/ hope that he'll play an important part in Sib and Gene getting back together
"4 months" doesn't solve the problem. So what happens when Sib gets cast in "Bad Engineer 2?" Or the BL after…
For me I think Sib has much more freedom to decline his next BLs and/or terminate his contract by then than now where there's practically an ongoing series and so much is already at stake, even Gene's point too is based around that on how investments are already made and it's his first drama adaptation project too. So tbh I personally think they can get through these "4 months", Sib can walk away from acting/his current agency after, and Gene won't stop him.
But yeah I get your point that all of this exposes just how toxic this side of the BL industry is.
For people who say they can wait 4 months : the problem isn't to wait 4 months. The problem is asking someone…
Tbh I'm also one of those who are on the "why can't they (well Sib lol) wait for 4 months" side but when you said that last part about not meeting the right person yet to understand where he's coming from...well yeah I think you're right, now I feel like I just got hit by a realization :')
Ep 11 unfolded as I expected. Gosh, I’d be frustrated working with these people. I think it was the producer…
Just want to say that I'm with you, I don't hate Aey too! Even with his live, it was indeed immature and poorly-thought out, but for me it was not as evil of a plan as some are making it to be tbh
The thing is, Aey's IG live scene reminded me of Art's IG live back during MA days. Different context but my point…
About your last point, ohh I didn't know that Kao and Up said that and I really applaud them for it! This drama is my first (second-ish?) experience with Thai BLs so I haven't really seen yet how far fan-shipping goes but for Taiwanese BLs, for example, the ship games are soo fanservice-y and uncomfortable while Chinese BL fans are so problematic with hardcore real-life shipping. So I'm happy that Kao and Up are preemptively avoiding that and the nature of the series helps too! Like it's a bit hard to /push/ a ship when their drama is about showing how drama ships are strictly for business lol
aight gang since the series is almost over anyone got any recommendation of a good drama with a great character…
Have you tried watching Cherry Magic? Tbh this really reminds me of that drama lol. It's a Japanese BL and both involve a (very adorable) lead guy with low self-esteem and their love interest showering them with all the love they deserve. But the love interest in Cherry Magic is way, way more respective than Nubsib and one of the best love interest in all of dramaland, not just in BL dramaland.
There's also a great character growth where we see the lead become more confident and get out of his comfort zone. And the drama is very light and fluffy like Lovely Writer too so I highly recommend! :)
The time is different in dramacool. So i think its better if you asked again, when MGTV release the last episode…
Oh I see, thanks. I actually haven't started watching yet lol but yes I was planning to do so on MGTV Youtube channel, I didn't know it hasn't finished airing there yet :')

Gene apologized to his father about being rude so thankfully they're self-aware :')
