It's a pity that the younger cast doesn't really resemble the adult leads
I actually liked that they didn't resemble the adult ones because the younger ones were youthful and so much in love. Meanwhile, the adult ones went through so much in life and struggles. But yeah, a bit resemblance would have been great. However, it was balanced because the actors did a great job portraying the emotions and felt like one person.

Initially, I had a hard time adjusting to sudden changes in timeline as well. But as story goes, I started to like it as well. It was well connected with a thread. Like if something is happening in the present, they shows the connection from the past as well.
I cannot express how beautiful this drama is. Since the moment I watched it's trailer, I was looking forward to this drama. However, when it was released, I didn't watched it until now because I was worried that it will have a sad ending. Until now I was waiting and preparing my heart to watch this drama. However, after asking in the comment section, I decided to watch this masterpiece. I was surprised as it was much more better and beautiful than I had expected it to be. I thought it would be a typical love story where they breaks up in childhood due to some reason, meets later and starts liking each other. Then their careers as fighter plane pilot and air hostess comes in between, so and so. But this drama was much more than that. I never seen anyone using anemia plot in a drama so beautifully. The actors did a really good job showing the emotions. The young and adult were different actors but felt the same. If the young actors were youthful, full of love and passion, the adult ones were simply existing, trying to live everyday while working hard. The song first love hits hard after watching the whole drama and I am listening it on repeat and crying while listening it. After watching this drama, I have a few heart-wrenching special love stories to recommend - 1. Lighter and princess 2. Go ahead. 3. Twenty five twenty one. 4. A river that flows through it. The stories might not be the same but gives similar feels. Strong family-friends bond, the chemistry and the love. I don't watch much Japanese dramas, so it would be great if anyone could recommend a few great dramas like this one. I have watched a few jdramas and this exceeds my expectations. Marvelous.

I started this drama today and fell in love with this story. I started it because I had nothing to watch and was feeling empty. However, from the first episode, it gripped my interest. The acting of the cast was fabulous and everything felt so real. The cinematography of the village is soo soothing and comforting. This drama taught everyone how while working and our daily routine, we stop appreciating the small things in our life. We work to earn money and make our livelihood better but at one point, earning money becomes our only goal and purpose of living. She realised that too late and went to Yunan where she was planning to go with her friend for such a long time. I also liked how the fl is so nice and mature and friendly. Even the male lead is so nice and friendly with everyone. It reminds me of the river that flows through. If that drama was based on first love and phases in love, this drama gives very comforting feels and makes you forgot about your hardships.

I think she is looking at herself in him. When she gave up on her dreams, she was doing her best to not make him do the same. But yes, this situation might feel pressurising for the other person and he might feel inferior to her. Even though she was doing things with good intentions, this might also hurt his feelings at some point. Sometimes helping someone can also become a burden. This fits this situation perfectly. If she does nothing, the people will say that she is still into sansoo and that's why treating her bf like shit. If she is treating him well and putting efforts, she has become someone who feels an upper hand over him. I actually like this couple and hope them to end up together but it.seems difficult since we are only half way through this drama. Haha.

Idk about tired but there are sure going to be conflicts. I would say what she was doing is so brave and mature. It's not easy to accept someone as it is. Even though she wasn't into him since the start but she is working on their relationship rather than leaving it to destiny. She is helping him out to chase his dreams once again and pulled him out from his depressing thoughts. I think he is not the type to cheat on her but I think he might pull himself back to save his face and leave her from trouble by showing his closeness to other girl in study group. Maybe? Or I am thinking too much. Haha.
The last scene seems like a clickbait. I don't think ASY and Sang soo would be together in the hotel. He might have returned to meet someone else and might cross paths or maybe not but not the same room. I am liking the chemistry between ASY and JGY more than Sansoo and PMY. Their chemistry feels so natural and real whereas the other couple feels so forced and uncomfortable. I think it is because Sansoo is still in love with ASY and he feels pressured by the forwardness of PMY. Tbh I won't mind if this story goes like the book he picked where his first love was someone else and married someone. Because I cannot see JGY and ASY seperating. 😭
