I love angst but not unnecessary angst :D They're perfect! I'm not familar with Nodame Cantabile but now I feel like I missed on big part of pop-culture. Yes, we have to be prepared :(
I got emotional at Kurosawa's confession. When he was about to touch Adachi's face, Adachi didn't look comfortable…
it was so heartbreaking :( I also cried. I feel like Kurosawa didn't really have any expectations but at the same time, he had so much hope. It was a really emotional scene and I do understand why it may have been too overwhelming for Adachi. All of those imaginative scenes and Kurosawa's thoughts suddenly weren't just in his head. They were real and seeing a person like K, confessing his love was probably a lot. I'm so happy that we didn't have to wait for another episode for Adachi's confession :) I absolutely hate it when they insert some stupid obstacles and too much angst. Sexy, flirty Kurosawa and awkward but curious Adachi is the best combination it seems lol
I think even if they take things slower, I have a feeling that Adachi is going to take initiative soon.
Have you noticed how there wasn't really any "hearing thoughts" in this latest episode? I love that because it…
YES I loved that so much! I love watching his character grow. He doesn't need those super powers. I loved it so much when he hugged Kurosawa and we were not hearing Kurosawa's thoughts. It was such an important moment in both of their lives
I'm thinking about movies, dramas, tv shows, and fictional characters which gave me a similar feeling while watching them. They don't have that much in common but some do. Maybe this is something I can ramble about when I have to fill the whole this drama has left in my heart T__T
Same this BL cleanses my soul. What a wonderful experience it is every week with everyone here ^^ Thank you for…
It truly does! Thank you for reading my ramblings again <3 They're such beautiful characters and have so much more depth than I would have ever expected!
Aww thank you for joining here today! Its impressive you've read all of them!! Good to know people didn't mind…
I don't even know how I decided to watch this show but I'm so glad I did! I love it so much on here. It feels like a warm, comfortable corner in the internet. Thank you for remembering me :DWe have the best discussions on here! I'm basically at this point camping and journaling in this comment section but it just makes me so happy to see so many people who are also invested in this wholesome show. I love reading your comments and I love your enthusiasm! Also thank you for reading my confusing long paragraphs :D I personally live for all the emotional ramblings haha I fangirling gives - wow I really typed gifs- me a lot of joy and energy. It's going to be a sad day when this drama is over but maybe we can all rewatch it one day. Who knows, maybe this is the beginning of more unproblematic, well-made shows?? Thank you for your helpful summaries! They make my love for overanalyzing things much easier lol
Kurosawa's confession was so bittersweet. He was scared and his nervousness was visible yet he gathered up his…
I love your mind!!! I live for reading these type of essay type of comments :D I'm actually listening to a presentation on aestheticim and duality. So this comment is very fitting! I love that you mentioned lookism. I definitely think that there's a lot more to what we see in this episode. I'm shocked that this was how Adachi being achieved by some people?? I agree with everything you said. It makes so much fun to have such a great production. I'm somehow used to be dissapointed, so it makes me happy to get such a great drama.
Eiji and Keita are both main actors, not supporting.
I'm sorry this is way too funny!! UHEFSDFHSÖOIHADIAIALANDISAO I really want to make a why machida's brows deserve an oscar for the best supporting actor
Heyo, I've finished subbing Episode 7. It was an emotional rollercoaster having to go back and repeat each scene.…
Yes, it was so important to focus on his perspective. I'm so happy that Cherry Magic really seems to have a crew with people who seem to care about all the details and dimensional characters. Episode 7 could have been totally different, without the inside we got about Kurosawa's perspective
After actually understanding what happened in Episode 7 ..... I LOVE IT EVEN MORE!!!!!!!! 1. Adachi is such an amazing person, ugh he did all the right things and I'm always happy when characters just say what it's on their mind. He's just overwhelmed and that's all. I like him even more now. For someone who has such low-self esteem, he really knows when to say the right things. I love those little moments when we see how is just saying what is on his mind and it seems just like when he reassured Fujisaki that there's more to life than love or told Rokkaku that dreams can change, Adachi has a wise side. He looks like the person who is always following the rules but in his head and heart he doesn't seem to care about the rules society has made up.
2. Kurosawa's colleagues are just as bad as the woman who sexually harassed him. The whole scene was even more depressing than I thought. But Adachi naturally did and said the right things. It can be so meaningful to have these moments where someone gets you. Especially when you don't even know who you are anymore. I wish Kurosawa didn't feel like he could just be useful due to his looks. I must say up until the misunderstanding with the client, I did have the impression that he seems to be successful and happy. The way we got to know more about him and his connection to Adachi, it's just so perfect. I'm still in awe of how they manage to put so much into less than 30 minutes. Machida really knows how to subtlety change the way he smiles to showcase his feelings.
3. The way Kurosawa was just like "I need to get this out... forget it"... It broke my heart into a million pieces. That scene was so telling. But I also like it so so much. He's honest to Adachi and more importantly to himself. Admitting that being colleagues and friends isn't enough is huge. Especially when he was always trying to be like "I just want to be in his life". I can't believe the writers really made K wait 7 years to get this moment jhhdjgskjfna
4. I'M SO HAPPY!!!!!!!!! honestly, this show came into my life when I needed it the most. I always read how people are saying it's the best BL and for me personally I think it's one of the best things I've seen in general
https://twitter.com/datsuryoku_cx/status/1329740902936375296 I guess it's about some kind of children education thing? I don't understand lol
I think even if they take things slower, I have a feeling that Adachi is going to take initiative soon.
and I would totally watch that spin-off! :D
