The pairing of the first leads was brilliant. So much so, they can be considered the best couple in historical dramas to date. Their ease and natural affection for each other was palpable. Maybe there was no acting was even involved! I liked the fact that the other males had good chunk of screen time. I would really like to see the main cast reprise their roles in a game set in the future- which is now of course! Did I mention I really enjoyed it? !
This trend to use time jumps as story-telling has to stop!
I understood perfectly what you meant. And I was conveying to you that you would get no relief with court dramas as they are a necessary evil. Don’t understand your reaction.
The poster wins! The one on the wall that is! ? She is wearing a crown so we can assume she entered the pageant. (Unless her suitors bought her one to make her feel better ... ) Now I finally understand the title and can sleep tonight! Black and Blue Cinderella / Bruised Cinderella. Which sounds better to you?
If it's anything like the 2011 film New Year's Eve (or Valentine's Day), then the editing is gonna be a disaster…
I would surmise that given the experience of this group, none would sign up for the train wreck a few of you envision... I think I will wait and see how it plays out. Ensemble casts are my favourite.
Grand Hotel (1932) is the pioneer of this type of movies.
Broadway play was it not? Or was that post-film? When I hear Grand Hotel, the movie Somewhere in Time with Christopher Reeves first comes to mind as it was filmed at the stunning Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island.
To plead the fifth means to refuse to answer a question, especially in a criminal trial, on the grounds that you…
It’s more detailed than that as it covers five American constitutional rights that must be upheld in federal courts and the Supreme Court. Fifth Amendment covers the following rights: 1) right to indictment by a grand jury prior to the laying of criminal charges in felonious crimes, 2) a prohibition on double jeopardy, ( You cannot be tried for the same crime twice.) 3) a right against forced self-incrimination, * 4) a guarantee that all criminal defendants have a fair trial, 5) a guarantee that government cannot seize private property without first making due compensation at current market value.
As for the Miranda Rights, police must inform the accused of the following rights:
The Miranda decision required that the police inform a suspect who has been arrested or detained of these key rights: 1. to remain silent 2, what they do say can and will be used against them in a court of law 3, to a lawyer or to a court-appointed lawyer, if they cannot afford legal counsel 4. to have a lawyer present during interrogation.
Again this is not Korean law but American, but many countries have rights against self-incrimination.
I don't think that professor Joon is the killer, and I think professor seo was drugged which had a slow reaction…
No, he did not come back from break, which is why a student was sent to fetch him. He was looking peaked while class was still on because Kim Bum was looking up at him.
Yoohoo! It’s right on this page it starts June 5. So yes, it is happening and with the same cast! (I swear I don’t know how some of these ideas materialize...) The writer wanted to cover the affairs from everyone’s viewpoint and it’s her prerogative to do so, it’s her damn movie! And it’s just a movie. So best not to personalize it. For those of you who are so averse to it, please stop watching it, or refrain from posting such non-stop negativity. It’s not enjoyable to read. So please have pity on the rest of us who have to wade through the muck! Many will be disappointed, but retribution is not likely to be the theme of the second season. More about surviving, re-invention and thriving. The wives all have to create a new normal for themselves. And that just may include remaining married! Quelle horreur, I know!
