Okay a few questions.... I have already downloaded 3 episodes I wanna watch this, it's in my Watchlist already cuz I had a convo here a few days ago and was told that it's good (well I wasn't sure about Ztao) but anyway coming back to the questions.... β’ How's the chemistry? β’ How much draggy/unnecessary parts/fillers does it have? β’ Are there any shady villains or obsessive SML/SFL or toxic parents?
agreed it was more focused on human nature facing severe crisis sure it failed miserably in the zombie part tbh…
Yeah I agree wit you and they actually literally put the zombie thing behind and focused more on greed, adultery and selfishness but that didn't help cuz at the end of the day it was a zombie drama while they were busy showing the shady neighbours and their unnecessary drama. Also idk why they added the romance in there Idk but Zombie Dramas shouldn't have romance in focus. A slight touch here and there is okay but nah not this.
The Confession, The Proposal, Meeting b'ween the parents, The Wedding and the Vows aka the "Oath" was really beautiful. And the chemistry b'ween our OTP was ahem... on fire π₯ They looked so perfect and the kisses made me shy lol ππ¬
But the only issue (not a major one) was the Second and third couple like I wasn't quite invested in their storylines they were quite mediocre so I skipped their scenes. But otherwise this show made me laugh, cry and emotional and made me realise the importance of a family and your loved one's that's why I love Cdramas cuz of their portrayal of Family and that they always have a beautiful heartwarming ending. Like the letters that FL's dad wrote for her in the finale... oh goodness I got all teared up watching those scenes.
I now know why everyone goes gaga over XZ and the reason behind his insane Popularity.
Well I would love to watch something similar to this drama so recommendations are welcome ;)

I don't think it was boring. I am presuming you haven't seen more than say 6-8 eps of this and said this but believe me this drama is so beautiful. Like literally one of my favourite Cdrama.
I seriously regret watching this. And tvN better change their creative head or whoever greenlight the shows cuz they have been making like this since a while now with unsatisfactory ending or rushed ending or even worse when the drama loses its track like when it starts so good and end with nothing but viewers frustration. Looking at the comments on MDL or YouTube or tweets shows that how much hate the writer is getting. I tbh wanted this drama to end like Reply Series and be great sweet memorable drama but writers said No we wanna screw our careers by writing this horrible ending.
The only ray of hope left is BP's final 2 episodes where I am hoping they won't rush to wrap it up cuz they also have a lil too much on their plate.
Also I just hope that KTR or NJH will read the script especially the ending properly while selecting their future projects.
It was a good journey and sadly my journey ends on E14. Not gonna watch E15&16 after reading all the spoilers and that ending. I am gonna make sure to stay away from this writer's works in the future at least until show ends. Thank goodness I saved myself from ruining my experience of what could be the one of the best Dramas ever by not watching the final episodes.

Like a 2019 Cdrama with no misogynist narcissist ML and a dumb feeble FL. I generally don't watch prepandemic Cdramas cuz of the clichΓ©s and unnecessary dragging but this drama has become one of my favourites. I literally had tears in my eyes throughout the final episodes (Ep26-29) and loved ML, FL, her family which although was dysfunctional but they loved each other so much. And maybe cuz I went through something similar like FL I mean my mother had Cancer (Thank God she's cured) so I couldn't control my tears when FL's Dad came onscreen especially in the later episodes.
