I don't think you are right. If he didn't feel as fully he would not have died with her. The reason it seemed…
Haha I got what you mean. Storywise, it is definitely a sad story. Forbidden love, etc. I got the message of the story and how it was a perfect ending, but what I meant in my comment was more on the portrayal of LJS. I find it lacking. For me, LJS doesn't suit well in melancholic roles, it's just that for me, his portrayal didn't transpire to the character. Don't get me wrong, I love LJS in angsty, bad boy roles (speaking of W, god he was so hot there), and this reserved/restrained (whatever the right term for it) character of his here, didn't sit right with me. Ok, totes my opinion. 😅
They had a disclaimer that this is not based on true events, that's why there's little to none incubation period for the virus. However, more than anything, I salute the character of the president. Hopefully they could take that as an example in government's response to the pandemic in all countries. Compassionate and humanitarian. PS. I swear if the Covid19 virus reacts the same way as the flu virus here, probably the population in our country would be wiped out. Goodness gracious, our government must take notes in the response of the movie's president, politically and civilly.
I started this back in 2018 and then forgot about it; so now i started it again a few days ago and been binge…
I think I am agreeing with this. Shippers can end at 14 and live with our fantasies. That will be so bright. But if you want to like a little darker, have it til the 16th haha
Light movie, certainly for entertainment. I laughed at the three girls, especially in the part at the apartment (you have to watch out for this scene hahaha). I don't need to rake up my brain too hard to understand the story.
This is my least favorite drama of Shin Hye Sun, not because of the acting, it's too painful for me. Shin Hye Sun always delivers. Just that, this pairing with Lee Jong Suk doesn't compliment (for me). I'm not sure, maybe because the series is so short, that I needed more exploring of Jong Suk's character, but I couldn't root for this pair. Jong Suk's expression is a bit lacking for me. I cannot feel his unwavering love (when although it is really U-Jin's work expressing his undying fire for love). All I could feel was Sim Deok's yearning in all episodes, that is why I keep on seeing only Sim Deok's perspective. Actually it is a bad thing because it seems that it was Sim Deok's one-sided love pursuing, while U-Jin had just been compelled to return the attention since he just felt it for the first time, he would just go and try it. In short, I did not feel the sincerity I am looking for in the character of U-Jin from Jong Suk's portrayal. (It seems I am already attacking LJS, I'll stop here. I'm really sorry if I could have offended anybody, it's just that I felt a wasted opportunity for this drama. Or, maybe, it must be felt that way because it is just a short series? Idk.)
Just a question. I feel something wrong with the story. (I'll be marking my question and sentiments as spoiler)
Uhm, I'm enjoying the music, but I'm not enjoying the plot of I Gyeong's past. Am I the only who find the sadness forced? I get it, they need to make I Gyeong's life sad, but am I the only one who find it pathetic already? And btw, I'm still at episode 12, so if you happened to finished this already, will there be improvements in the next episodes? Or will sadness continue until the end? And maybe the use of messenger and deity just doesn't sit right with me though..

The story is very raw, the movie does not exaggerates the circumstances.
Very satisfying and romantic!
