So reading this weird passage, and trying to understand it, the Queen really is indeed in love with the king... but the families' feud gets in the way.. both clan wanted to rule over the King, and the Kim clan got the primary advantage because the chosen Queen is a Kim. However, the Queen, I guess, wanted to live with the King in a normal and romantic way.. so there's the conflict. Hah. Don't take my interpretation too much, it is very early to speak of the conflict at this time. Lol

I am so screwed! I just watched this on a whim and now I'm obsessed. Hurry up next week!

OMG this is, as far as I can remember, the first Sageuk drama that interests me and I wouldn't mind waiting every week! I'm not really a Sageuk type of watcher, but I just came to watch Hye Sun (I lowered my expectations because I'm afraid I'll be frustrated if I anticipate too much like what happened the last time I waited for a drama haha), but hell damn, I'm really shocked the first two episodes got me hooked up already. I know this is not a pure Sageuk because of the time-travel element, but the drama mixes comedy with its serious tone perfectly. Hopefully they could bring this hype until the end. ♡

Uhm.. was that the ending? I really can't understand the part where there are 4 seats in the GK Vision Room and the last man (with Kim Sang-Man, Jae-Wook, Assemblyman Yoo) turned and his lamp was turned on.. was that the indication that the Vision was really not disbanded? That there is still a 4th man that could establish or reopen the vision room again?

Ep 14 is definitely a clarificatory episode.
Good touch with several flashbacks.

I guess this drama is better off to be binged watch than 2 eps per week. Too many loose ends every week. I can't wait to see the final episode to understand and make sense all these running and deception. Lol.
Take-away: The couple needed more cuddle time T-T, not doubt time huhu please.

Can someone tell why and how did Cha Joo Eun get involved in the industrial spy situation, I find it very confusing.
This part is also confusing for me. Idk why GK vision room targeted Joo Eun to be tagged as Industrial Spy to be deported and tried in China.. i got lost in this. If someone could elaborate the plan of capturing Joo Eun for China...

I think this drama is so confusing, I don't know if the problem is me lol but I don't get the eps and I just watched…
Hahaha same here. They are adding more and more in the story without resolving prior knots. I wish the ending will have one solution and one conenction so that everything will be answered.

Nice theories! The only part that couldn't convince me was the Taluipa. I don' think she is an Imoogi in the past.…
Yeah yeah right, maybe she is really forbidden to make interventions that could change the fate.. anyways, other factors seem to be okay and consistent so far, and I'm quite impressed with the storytelling. Hopefully after the much needed time they asked for the extension of airing of eps 13 up, they could beautifully wrap up the story and deliver a happy ending (although I really have this strong feeling Rang will sacrifice in the end for his brother and Ji Ah's story to be rewritten). ^_^

Updated theory from a Tumblr source: 1. Taluipa is an Imoogi who has turned into a dragon. In one conversation,…
Nice theories! The only part that couldn't convince me was the Taluipa. I don' think she is an Imoogi in the past. I guess she is a pure celestial being, just forbidden to interfere with fights of other spiritual creatures. So, simply put, there are two Imoogis (as per Jae Hwan's research). Taluipa is probably not mingling with the quest of Yeon to fight the Imoogi because she knew there will be no way to defeat Imoogi than to kill Ji Ah. Another way might be possible, but Taluipa wouldn't dare suggest it to Yeon because it would mean giving up Yeon's body, and we know that Taluipa consideres Yeon as his other son, right?

Taluipa is the Granny? If yes, yeah, of all characters she is my least favorable. She is all powerful (as per…
Haha well it is still fantasy after all. She knew the whole story since the start. She could simply say "The real Imoogi piece is in Ji Ah, but I consider you my son, so I'm giving you suggestions and warnings of dos and don'ts in dealing with the Imoogi". Well lol. She just chose to sit back, stare at Yeon, and listen on all the blabbering and plans of Yeon which she knew ever since were all wrong and ineffective. Waaaa

Taluipa is the Granny?
If yes, yeah, of all characters she is my least favorable. She is all powerful (as per Yeon), but why isn't she taking action to at least help Yeon kill the Imoogi?

I wish this type of Rang will stay until the end and be not swayed ever again by the Imoogi and the slave.

What cultural appropriation? I didn't notice any...
Uhm.. pardon me, i don't really mean cultural appropriation in the negative sense, but I just mean maybe there are some conglomerate pratices that I can't really understand, that is why the story itself is a bit fuzzy. I really mean "conglomerate culture", not the traditional ethnic culture. :)

Title Private Lives Spoiler
I'm still confused a bit even up to Ep. 11 (lol or maybe there are some cultural appropriation that I can't understand, sorry).
I really don't think the goal is to bring down GK, as Jeong Hwan is just a one-man-act, I mean that is a conglomerate he is bumping at, so I really doubt that it is the downfall of GK, Jeong Hwan is after.
Another confusion came after Joo Eun came looking for the ledger? For? And what's really the plan of Jeong Hwan in order to get his identity back? Even though they could prove the Vision room does fabricate things, his (JH) death was his doiing right?
And lastly, the major confusion comes in on who's whom when it comes to accomplices? Who's side is he, who's side is she? Waaaaa hopefully by the 12th episode, it will be clearer.
I actually came this far because of the sexual tension always present between the leads ♡_♡

Yeah probably. You started your sentence with 'Lol', so I'm sensing mockery for defining her as having some 'unique' features.

Yeah, in LOTBS, she caught my attention over the leads. I mean I know Le Min Ho and Jun Ji Hyun, I enjoyed the show too at least, but Hye Sun's portrayal of the character caught me somehow. I mean she must be the third party eh, but you wouldn't settle your grudge on the character, but rather you would like the character to find her true love. ♡

Same. The 2 leads are good at selling their chemistry and romance, that's why I'm staying. Too bad, as I expected…
So far, the story about the Spy is okay although I find the recent episodes kind of messy at the moment, idk maybe because they are still trying to know Edward's plan. Hopefully the future episodes will shed light more on the relation and part of Spy Lee in Edward's plan, and why does Edward really after killing Jeong Hwan.
