Is the drama good? I'm currently reading the novel and WOW IT'S FREAKING GOOD! I will wait for the drama to finish airing and then start watching after i know how's the ending.
These are few little details that chinese netizens found that we never know :
1. The drama was deliberately left open ending.
2. The dragon's protective scale, even though it has changed owners many times, the original owner is still mingye. Well, when Tantai Jin was repairing the crack on the Dragon Protector Scale, actually the thing had already acknowledged Tantai Jin as the owner. So when he gave the dragon's protective scale to Li Susu, the scale also automatically protects its master, the dragon's protective scale absorbs all of TTJ's soul fragments into it.
3. When Mingye talks to tantai jin through Mingye's dragon protective scale, he said that it's only a piece of consciousness he's left (which means there's no physical body) now when Lisusu holds that dragon protective scale, we can see TTJ physical body is still whole in that scale. So in the next 500 years, tantai Jin will be able to reshape his physical body. (In the novel they met 1000 years later in the human realm, so the timing make sense)
3. Actually, Tantai Jin has succeeded in becoming a god when Tantai Jin has succeeded in absorbing the original demon god. Because he has experienced the experience of being three beings from humans, gods, and demons. From there he began to gain Dao enlightenment and became a god and attained high cultivation. That's why he managed to absorb the first demon god.
4. When Tantai Jin managed to absorb the first demon god, he could be said to be a god and a demon in one body. However, he purposely kept up the appearance of a demon god so that everyone would misunderstand and his plan would go smoothly.

I can get sugar poisoning on tonight's episode (ep. 35) omg. How i wish it ends like this. And tantai Jin's expression when Susu kissed his chest where the scars are, is just so addictive to see. I reply that part so many times just to see his expression xD
Also, idk why i don't really like Gongye Jiwu in this lifetime. He's sooo easily seduced by that 🐍. At least he should play hard to get first lol. I like him more on the first episode of the drama before susu time travel. He seems much more wiser
