It's definitely Dan bro, he is the one behind a lot of things happening here
I’m starting to think its Black. After all he was not there at the time of the, he warned White to stay away and I doubt he trusts anyone right now…especially the guys in his own gang. He comes back after months in a coma and everything is changed. He’s gotta find that sus!
My guess was Gumpa. I want to say Black...but that's dumb.
I don't think it's dumb at all. It could be any of the guys at this point. Gumpa at the top of the list but Black could be the one as well...especially if he doesn't exactly know who attacked him at the beginning of the series. He may trust no one at this point.
I honestly thought Sean knew that White was pretending to be Black. Guess I was wrong about that.
And Dan...I still don't see him surviving the series.
Also...who is the snitch? Somehow had to have told the other gang where the guys were. And I don't think it's Dan because the first thing he did was protect Yok. It's like he didn't know the attack was going to happen. But then who snitched?
Damn good episode...even with Black beating the ever living crap out of Sean. That was a hard scene to watch.
I suspect that Dan is going to betray Yok and the gang. There was one question that Yok needed to ask Dan and he didn’t…and that question was, “Dan…were you following me?” How did Dan know where Yok was, unless he was following Yok?!?!?! It can’t be a coincidence. My only question is…would Dan be betraying Yok and the gang to the police or Tewi? I hope I am wrong. I love this couple. But I’ve never felt that Dan was going to have a happy end in this series. Will be interesting to see how it plays out.
Todd, Todd, Todd. I knew it! With that said...I love the fact that we can see a very distinct difference in Black and White. Black has a much darker feel than I expected. Gun is playing both roles very well and it will be interesting to see where this will all lead to. Will also be interesting to see how Sean will deal once the real Black returns. I hope he notices right away that Black is back the guy he is falling for is actually White. I still have a sense of doom when it comes to Dan, though. I just don't see how he can be a cop and not have other cops turn on him (and leave him alive) if he is ever found out. Well...unless he's actually playing Yok and he's investigating them all...using Yok to get to the guys. Another great episode!!!
Very excited for episode 9. The last couple of episodes have been fantastically good. I'm also anxious why and from whom Yok was running from in the trailer for episode 9. It was very brief, but it has me curious. And I also hope that this is also the episode where Black returns to complicate this White's story even more.
At this point I prefer Something In My Room to Enchante'. But I tend to lean towards darker horror types of series when I'm not watching BL's. Also...this one has some interesting creepy scenes (that Landlady is creepy!) and this series is just less boring to me. I know some viewers are bored with this series, but it has a dark charm that I like. It also star's Nut and I'd watch anything he's in.
I dont mind the acting like some have mentioned…in fact thats the least of my concerns with this series. I just find this series to be a bit on the boring and bland side. I’ll keep watching because I love and support BL and the actors but…yeah…I’m kind of bored.
How are you crying naked in front of a stranger? How can you let down your guard like that and you’re a cop? Why…
I don't find Dan to be sus at all. I think for the first time in his life he has found someone with a similar vision...be it with art or social issues. With that said...I think we did get a big clue regarding Dan and his possible fate. When he is crying, he mentions he did something that was bad and he basically might regret. It's possible he was the one that attacked Black or even possibly the one that killed Sean's father. In that vulnerable moment...naked, stripped bare...with a man he is both attracted to and has similar visions and ideology...he was able to allow himself the chance to at least partially tell the truth about something he may have done. But I don't find that sus. I find that to be an honest moment.
Now if you want to talk sus...Tod and Gumpa...they are sus if only because we are not getting either of their back stories yet.
Oh also I love your account name, Trapped is my all time favourite BL :D
Golden Blood, Bad Buddy, A Tale Of 100 Stars and Dark Blue Kiss. With Until We Meet Again, Manner Of Death, History 2: Right Or Wrong, Guardian and Nitiman rotating in sometimes because honestly my top 10 can change with my mood.
I think it's possible he's the cop that shot Sean's dad... And he feels super guilty about taking someone's life.…
There is definitely more about him that we do no know. And that would make a lot of sense. Unfortunately that means Sean will not take kindly to Dan. Might be very messy!
To be frank, not only I wasn't entertained by Guardian, but I really struggled when watching it. I hardly finished…
I think it all comes down to taste. I prefer the supernatural element of Guardian and I also love the playful banter and chemistry that the leads have. I have a couple friends who have watched many BL's and we all have varying opinions on all BL series but for some reason we always compare those particular three. What's nice is that we all have different opinions and each of us has a different preference to which is best or not. I think it's in human nature to compare, sometimes. I see a lot of people doing the same with Enchante' right now. Comparing Enchante' to Bad Buddy. Which I find funny because they are nothing alike. But I get your point.

i think dan is the one who beated black like that because in old trailer there is a scene where dan is slapping…
Its possible. But I’m still leaning towards Tod because he’s kind of sus at this point. But that might just be a red herring. I also question Gumpa as well. We really dont know much about either of those characters.
