I read in the comments that some people think the comedy is bordering on cringy. I agree that at times the comedy is not my cup of tea (In Ep1 the toilet joke, in Ep2 it's Porsche falling on the ground when he walks to the car), but overall I really think KinnPorsche has a lot of funny moments because I laughed so hard while watching Episode 2, especially at Tankhun and Porsche being his annoying but loveable self. Pete is exactly like how I imagined him in the novel and he's my favorite character. He's so cute, I love his smile, I love his facial expression, I love his voice, I am in love with how Build is portraying him. I'm happy he was in this episode A LOT, I hope this predicts that he won't be just a side character, but he will get a lot of airing time (together with Vegas).
I loved the introduction of Pete, Tankhun and Vegas. This was a crazy and funny episode, but I know more dark and serious things are about to happen and they're trying to set us at the wrong foot or whatever it's called in English i don't know. Really loved how much of Pete we got, my angel, I love him so much. I'm so surprised how everyone looked like they jumped straight out of the books, Pete and Tankhun and ofcourse Vegas are perfectly casted (just like KinnPorsche). Gosh, waiting for episode 3 is gonna be torture. So far, my favorite characters are Pete and Porsche, I love their friendship! And the series made them ROOMIES, I literally screamed because it's the best change to the novel so far that I've seen.

My favorites are 1) Cherry Magic : Super cute, I watched each episode 10 times, similar obsession with KP now but a totally different genre. 2) HIStory 3: Make Our Days Count has the most beautiful love scenes i ever saw in a BL, a beautiful enemies to lovers story, a love so deep.....but if you watch on Viki, never ever watch the last episode unless you want to be traumatized. 3) Addicted Heroin : A classic, 2016 BL, I really loved it, it's low-budget but the acting and directing is sog ood.

BL is fiction, a fantasy. Sometimes it's realistic, sometimes it's not, and sometimes we like evil characters like Light Yagami from Death Note or I don't know, The Joker from The Dark Knight.
Do we like murdering innocent people because we like those characters or want to do it ourself? NO.
The character development of Vegas is amazing and the point when the realization of his mistakes hits him is the most satisfying thing I've ever read. It takes a great author to play with the reader's emotions like that, because we all know he did something wrong, but we also want to see him become a better person, cause that's what Vegas wants too, for Pete.
This is what you call a hyper fixation. Also some of us work from home, or have boring ass jobs or classes, so we browse the internet. And some people really may not have a life, no judgement here. I love VegasPete so much it's insane. Yes the r*pe was horrible, no sane person will romanticize that. After that, their story turns out sooo good, so addictive, and it's vegas' character development that makes it so good, you know when the realization hits him.... did you also read the special chapters?
that's normal for MDL, nothing can be almost 10, it would mean almost everyone votes 10 or close to 10 and it's not realistic to expect thousands of people to vote so high, so 9.2 is very good
