I´m so sorry you had to watch that without any warning what's gonna happen.:( I'm so glad people warned me on MDL and I could sense at the ending of that episode that something bad was gonna happen so I'm happy I stopped right at episode 9. But I read a few spoilers on twitter and really couldn´t stop crying for 3-4 days, because I love the main couple so much. Did you watch Senjou No Bokura (Love Life on the line) because Yu Xi Gu and Haoting have a very short but nice cameo at the end :) it's the only ending I accept for MODC!!

Super cute but it feels like it ends abruptly, wish there were more episodes. Did not care about the step brothers at all....can't believe anyone would prefer them over the main couple. They were so cute.

Hi! Everyone who watched My Beautiful Man (Utskushii Kare), and feels empty or keeps trying to relive the experience of watching this show again by re-watching it multiple times (like me), I'd like to recommend HIStory3:Make Our Days Count, because it's a little similar to this. Both dramas are beautifully directed and you will love the main couple.

Hira = Yu Shi Gu. Yu Shi Gu is a bit weird and can't make friends in class, and the total opposite of Hao Ting.

Kiyoi = Xiang Hao Ting. His friends are a bit of a bully toward Shi Gu, like Kiyoi and his friends were to Hira, and Hao Ting falls head over heels for Shi Gu.

Please watch MODC if you feel like watching something "similar", but please be warned, MODC has an ending that will RIP out your heart and leave you depressed for days or weeks. It's suggested to never watch the last episode which is episode 10 on Viki and episode 19-20 on other channels (it's the same thing, Viki just put two episodes together).

Ah from what I've heard it was definitely an absolutely horrific ending. I didn't finish the show and never will probably. This show ends at episode 9 (9 on Viki but I think it's 18-19 on MDL) for me haha. Gave the show a 10 based on those 9 episodes.

There were a few things I liked like such as the cinematography but other than that the episode was pretty slow, it felt like I kept seeing the same scenes over and over again. And I got tired of listening to the person screaming through a mic the whole time. Also didn't feel any chemistry nor did I find the main characters interesting? I really like the guy with glasses and I think (purely based on this episode) I may like the side couple more than the main couple. I'll continue watching because I think the show has potential, I like that it's about sports and everything looks very pretty so far.

Cherry Magic is a show all of us probably re-watched at least ten times per episode. I agree it deserves a higher rating than the 8.3 it has now! But most times the rating for shows are higher during airing, and drop when it's finished. It might also happen with Bad Buddy, although I think Bad Buddy definitely deserves that high rating of 8.8, I just think CM deserves a higher rating as well. I don't think we should compare too much, the two series are amazing but aren't comparable because the only thing they have in common is that they're BL.
