Don't compare the two, they're both amazing and really different from eachother. I like both a lot, I just like Cherry Maho a little more because I don't like a lot of angst in my BL but ITSAY is still really amazing and really in its own league. I think many BL can learn from ITSAY and Cherry Maho. They're the best BLs I've watched.

OMG I'M CRYING, THIS WAS SO INTENSE AND LOVELY AND EVERYTHING I COULD EVER HOPE FOR. I HID BEHIND MY HANDS THE WHOLE TIME AND CRIED WHEN ADACHI TOLD HIM HE LOVES HIM. JAPANESE SPEAKERS HOW DO WE FEEL???? I LIKED MY OWN COMMENT THAT'S HOW HAPPY I AM! AND WE STILL HAVE 5 EPISODES LEFT I'M SHAKING. THE FEELINGS I FELT DURING THE WHOLE EPISODE WERE SO OVERWHELMING, I JUST WANT KUROSOWA TO HAVE AN HAPPY ENDING SO BADLY, SO I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN ADACHI RETURNED HIS FEELINGS T___T

The final episode was a nice ending for TinCan I guess? Overall, the script of ACTL was bad and rushed, the editing and color grading was not on par with S1, the show had too many unnecessary characters (Mai) and couples with a storyline that went absolutely nowhere or were rushed or just didn't get the development they deserved (TulHin was interesting but again RUSHED), the side characters from S1 were done dirty (Pond, Bow) , Can (Plan) doesn't know how to do a good kiss...I can go on for a while. ACTL was enjoyable and unwatchable at the same time. I don't know what to rate it. It will not be very high.
