Was there a point to this? Or did you post this to spell out the biggest "no shit" moment regarding modern societies and people?
But hey, thanks, I guess. I didn't know that modern people don't give a shit about responsibility and accountability and will continue to do whatever pleases them.

>Also don't even start with the adoption option
Ah yes, the classic approach of solving the adoption system is just killing the life.
Can't see any other way lol.
>, you can't force people to become human incubators
I mean that's the responsibility and the accountability.
Can't fuck around, not understand the risk, and then try to kill it just because it's inconvenient.
Want to fuck around but don't want to get pregnant? Sterilization is a cool thing.
This is 2023 with the internet and a shit ton of information. Not using or doing any research or taking the precaution or making your "actual" choice is in fact YOUR choice. That is what being an "adult" is.
It's easier to go into the doctor, be sedated, have someone else do the abortion by getting their hands dirty, and then having the balls to talk about "choice".
> abortion is just as murderous as someone having their period, a clump of cells being removed.
It's a life being formed.
We can use all the technical mumbo jumbo but the concept is still that a life is in the middle of being formed. It is murder. Plain and simple.
Same, I'm really enjoying this drama! more so than other commenters cos i'm in the same age group as the characters,…
> there are loads of ppl also miserable with marriage and kids.
Isn't that a pretty simplification of issues that are more complex?
Marriage doesn't solve anything sure neither does having kids. But the fact that you have even dated someone (as oppose to not being open to that), doesn't that imply that you are looking for someone to have "that" connection? Isn't that why some people spend so much time dating and finding the "right" person as oppose to just hooking up for some one night fun?
That's what "marriage" is for some people. Same with having kids.
People who strongly don't want children and people who do should not have to compromise on anything, if they do,…
> abortion is a decision made by the carrier of the baby since it's their body.
Yea, it's really not.
Being an adult and taking the precautions is where your choices matter. Killing a life because you 1.) didn't understand the "risk" and 2.) didn't take all the possible safety before hand. A kid shouldn't have to pay for dumb parents/people. That is the moment your choices matter. When the sperm and the egg have met and have begun to change, it really isn't up to you. You don't get pregnant without an "event" taking place. An event that requires someone other than you.
Abortion is not one person's decision and even really out of "both" person's hand. Life was created through the act that requires both parties to undertand the role and the potential risk.
I know that modern beliefs basically allows irresponsible people to twist the words and not really take responsbility and accounitbility but that doesn't really mean shit.
Abortion is an act of ending a life. That's all it is. No amount of bullshit vocab, potilical correctness and hippy views is going to change that.
Why does the FL end up crying like a little kid everytime she starts an argument and have a mental breakdown?
I'm on ep4 and damn, it's like FL only has two traits; acting cutesy and then arguing/crying. I like some of the ideas that the show is trying to get at but FL seems like someone who constantly whines about doing something instead of actually doing something and leading with her actions than words.
Reading this as I'm listening to "Love Letter(with you".
I recently finished the series and while i have some issues with writing decision in season 02 (you know what it is) but still love the series. As a dude, Jang Uk and Mu Deok story really stood out for some reason. I wasn't expecting to love the show as much as I ended up loving it.
This has always been a misconception about personality of Naksu/Yeong.S1 Naksu was burning in the fire of revenge.…
The thing is that what you are describing (espesically the part about her not wanting to hold the sword due to having hurt Uk) sounds really interesting and it would've been better than the amnesia plot.
But the fact of the matter is that this aspect isn't really explored in the actual S02. That's where the issue comes in.

The difference may not be in writing then (even though it doesn't really feel like the same character as of finishing episode 8)
The difference so much is in the way the actress carries herself which just really isn't the same as the one we saw for 20 episodes.
Then there is also the fact that the amnesia plot line was dragged out so much. You can come up with multiple explanations for why her character is acting the way she is but the problem is that given the context of part 1, her character development and her bond with Jang Uk, the way S2 unfolds doesn't really make the changes that much easy for the audience to buy.
The writers made a stupid decision at the beginning to have two actresses play Naksu where one of them does the entire heavy lifting and imprints a certain type of character personality, aura, mannerisms etc... While the othe r one is left to try and hit the same impression as her while also having a rather dumbed down character.
Jang Uk and Mu-Deok's character interactions/relationship in the first season was really amazing and easily one of my favorite aspects of it. And yet S2 feels (writing this as of finishing episode 8) like the writers either forgot about those interactions or just sort of wrote themselves into a corner.
The amnesia plotline does far more damange for not only the characters and their relationship but also the show as a whole.
The forced romance and the last-min focus on side characters really killed the show.
The plot itself was simple and could've been wrapped up in just a season but the writers thought it was a good idea to rush it and at the same time drag it out to Second season.
The novel's ending was FAR better, in the end Do jun became the chairman and married the prosecutor, the novel…
The show's ending sucks due to how absolutely nonsensical, irrelevant and inconsistent it is. It literally makes the entire story completely useless. creates so many plotholes and ultimately comes to a "moral" lesson for the character that felt completely random.
The novel's ending is much better because at least it doesn't make the overall story irrelevant.
I'm all up for praising something that is not typical but this ending is basically the biggest slap in the face. It's unique but it also uniquely kills the entire show and leaves such a bad taste in mouth.
You basically have to shut your brain to enjoy it. Otherwise, it leaves so many plotholes and inconsistenices.
But hey, thanks, I guess. I didn't know that modern people don't give a shit about responsibility and accountability and will continue to do whatever pleases them.
It's a mind-blowing revelation.
You should go ask your middle-school teacher what that means if you are getting this offended by getting a reply on a forum lol.

My username is a reference to that game as well :)
Romance was the cringiest aspect of it.
P.S. Luffy fucking rocks.
