Episode 13 @30:20 , what in the korean series was that ? never seen such a bold act in korean drama as have seen over 200+ dramas now. Cha joo young deserves to shouldered a drama with her as a Good Female lead. Such a beauty and talented actress. While i am watching the series one thing that kept going on back of my head was im Ji yeon has such a demeanor that she could act in a drama as a Good FL and glad i found "Welcome 2 Life" which fits her perfectly and i am currently watching it.
The show had fantastic premise and had great potential , however all lost in the course of around first 6 episodes itself. The Leads got together so soon in the drama made it uninteresting and there is no formidable villains or conflicts that kept one engaged. The evil unaged witch character is borderline adorable and me watching this drama after watching her stellar performance from dinner mate cant she her in negative light . They unnecessarily made it a 20 episode drama this could have been a 12 or at best a 16 episode worthy. I finished this like a homework , the FL's office storyline was boring their parent's storyline was boring. I think after 12 or so episode they could just watch the last two and be done with it and you wont miss much.
They should have trimmed down atleast three episodes, some of them are extremely boring. I wanted to like the FL from the beginning , it only happened very much later in the series. The chemistry is not that great. The story dynamics had great potential which i dont think captured very well. This is already a tried and tested trope especially very close to the theme of one of my fav drama (The Greatest Love). Last two episodes after they got to gether , not much happening.
is it just me or the ML looks like (Lee Min Ki) the one who acted in (Because This Is My First Life)? Do they have wrong cast info or am i confused here ?
Such a lovely drama, kept me engaged throughout. I love everything about Jung Ryeo won ever since i watched wok of love i am completely fallen for her. Her acting and expressions are top notch, Wish to see her in a full fledged romance drama again. Only gripe is that they could have romance track its a shame as the leads had such chemistry. Other than that thoroughly enjoyed.
This would have been excellent if it made into a 16 episode Kdrama rather than a movie, There is so much story to flush and character development potential that it has for a series.
There was no clarity whether she actually fell for him and no strong reason given and at what instance made me question it all the way until the church scene. Its not the best story but i am happy with the ending . I am a fan of the FL and she swept me since shining inheritance.
This is fantastic watch. Absolutely loved it. Anyone craving for the priates of the Caribbean theme this is exactly it. The quirkiness , the comical aspect and action stunt all are brilliantly done. The Leads chemistry was so good. I love Han Hyo Joo for a long time ever since i saw shining inheritance. She looks damn beautiful in this . Only gripe is that i like the Hwon Sang woo from cruel love and queen of mystery and best of all stairway to heaven , seeing him in a negative role i couldn't take it. However he carried the role really really well as formidable antagonist. Both movies 1 and 2 are 10/10.
Humour is pretty strong on this one. Really enjoyed the clever jokes. The writing is simple and easy to follow . wish they had more romance scenes as their chemistry is damn good just like in the Shark drama and ironically this is a whale drama. Gonna watch the sequel now.
