I Can't believe it has this high rating, Apart from the first episode his dad dying situation and around episode 7 or so where his uncle realises that his brother didnt abandon him but was stuck in a situation where he couldnt return , there wasnt any other emotion moments that made me tear up.
This is in most part flat out boring i had to keep skipping scenes to finish this.
This could be 8 overall not 9.2.

@1:02:03 The kid says to her mom : "APPA BOSICHI " and the mom gave him a knock on the head saying ANIKOTHUNG was so adorable to watch.
The movie was kinda too convoluted hard time following whats going on. But they nailed the humour part and they could have made the wife a less miserable character. Although it has it downsides , its good to watch as reading a translated crime novel experience.

Episode 20 was a sobfest. Him at the end playing the piano by the empty shore was really hard hitting.
Although the FL did a great job , i felt she could have been replaced by someone else. However in the end when she spoke to her sister saying that her sister was more prettier and intellectual than her and she has the chance to start over made quite and impact on my perception . Loved that dialogue.
ML looks exactly like the same even after 20 years from this drama to the current one even his neat hairstyle remains the same .
Overall its a good trope , price saving the damsel in distress, evil stepmother/stepsister , amnesia, and wrap it up a melodrama finally the Can**.
I have been putting off for more than 3 years from watching it since i thought it would be too much traumatizing . Glad i watched it finally. Cried a lot in the end.

Damn this is extremely boring after around episode 9, Even after skipping forward every second i couldn't go beyond episode 14. Dropping it. I am not sure what others were so impressed with that its gotten this high rating.

I am in episode 7 as suspected this is just a stretched out version of 17 again. I feel that its lacking the impact that 'Zac efron done for that role and also the friend character who is rich isnt all that good compare to the movie.
Against all the downsides, i still decided to keep watching till i can.

I have already watched 17 again movie when it came out, so see this is a remake of that 2 hour movie into 16 hours episodes, Wondering if anyone could shed a light on whether its worth watching it or not. I have been struggling on this for quite sometime.

Yes, A korean movie with same name came out in 2014 and this one is a remake of that one.

Who ever responsible for conceiving this shot, i would like to give a big warm hug to you. One of the impactful poster i have ever seen. Such a sweet one.

i was about to say that. I was traumatized for days after watching it. I have never cried that hard ended up having sever head ache due to crying. There never was a drama impacted me as much as that one did.

its been so long that i cried this hard, Episode 12 was a sobfest.
Only gripe is that the dialect the FL spoke was not pleasing to hear.

It was borderline boring, had high expectations, Fails to engage me to the level that i could keep watching. Dropped after episode 8.

This is surprisingly fantastic . The Leads chemistry are off the charts . Although we have seen similar ML characters like combative and fighting with FL , this has done with such taste that i was able to enjoy the ML role that he doesnt come of like a criminally torturing FL.
The chemistry between the Leads are super sweet and i dare say this is the one drama out of hundreds of Kdrama i watched the love triangle nailed perfectly , in retrospect i would say (Wok of Love ) also done it in a non threatening way.
Loved the story and how the leads found comfort in each other arms.
Definitely will watch it again in future.

Done a good job in the realm of Castle , Mentalist type , detective and consultant civilian joining hands / male and female at that bickering at each other.
I enjoyed it a lot although the pesticide investigation was boring , convoluted and didnt care .
Leads and supporting cast are excellent and music has made it much more enjoyable.
They had a good chemistry in the begining with the married FL , jealous ML with possible love triagle and stuff, however the kept repeatedly poking at each other till the last episode was kind of a turn off .
Anyways i heard the second seadon leans more on romance , so on to the next one.

Appreciate your insight, tried to push myself watching 5 episodes and dropping it now, cant go any longer , this is mindnumblingly boring for me. sorry i may not be on the majority but thats my view on this.
