I didnt think i would enjoy this one as much as i did after watching it.

Jo Woo Ri as praised by everyone in the dama what a beauty queen , she would have outshined if she had a positive role. I couldnt hate her completely even after all the bad stuff she did.
Female lead kinda irritating sometimes and her dresses does not suit her at all, specifically the bottom wear she wore to show she is in college age is very apparent and cringy for me. but i watched My graceful family first, so i had to like her here.
Male lead is not that good looking and its not at all an issue, but everywhere they are praising and worshiping his handsomeness does not justify at all.
Overall this is a pretty entertaining drama to watch. I would love to see the evil lead actress in more dramas.

I watched the underrated, my most cherished and one of the best sweet love drama (wok of love). FL absolutely nailed the typical korean blockbuster riches to rag , good hearted , damsel in distress themed role on that one. she had angelice face and romance is off the charts on that one.
It breaks my heart to see that the Female lead is taking a heat like this for this drama. I have not watched it yet, mainly because of how most of the comments raving about her evil cruel character. I dont think i could watch her in a role like that and another reason that most here says that it has no romance and i am sucker for romance.

This is for most part pretty enjoyable , soft hearted romance story that i can get behind.
The female lead although i loved in other dramas like another miss oh and temperature of love, she gave her solid performance in those ones and kinda feel something is missing in this one.
Not to mention some of the expressions she made was a total cringe and scene where she broke out and cried in front of the Male lead to tell her past was felt like over done and over acting and couldn't fit at all.
The veterinarian friend's love did not have any closure at all, i was desperately wanting him to get together with the gym trainer. Her role was great potential shame that it did not develop into something special.
I am a sucker for a close proximity neighbor's love, rooftop romance, cliche korean push and pull love. So i enjoyed watching it.
if the ending makes me feel satisfied although it has flaws its 10/10 in my book and this is 10/10.

Usually historical dramas have strong love story line, even though it had a great potential it fell flat in my view. The scope of the conflicts are not big and the one opposing the kings usually in other dramas have convincingly hold power which threaten king to subdue. But here they just say that in dialogues as if the members of court hold power and king should not reject and such but those are unconvincing.
it loses the essence at the end. Premise is an intriguing one but did not deliver it to satisfaction.
It by no means a bad one at all. mostly they did the usual stuff right and kept is fairly engaging.
You could watch it once for sure, if you are someone who watch with playback speed at 1.5 or 2.0
its a 9/10 from me.

Damn the writers, whats wrong with you. Give me more, At Least you could have given me the regular 16 hours episodes. This what exactly i didnt know that i wanted. Absolutely loved it. Hate to love is the best trope for me. Swoon Worthy chemistry between the leads and fantastic acting all around.
Loved the Female lead from "Please come back mister" and she stole my heart here as well . She is gorgeous and i would watch it again in a heart beat for her.
Neighbors relationship, Hate to love, with a melancholy past. I am sold. Give me more.

Its been awhile since i watched it. But i remember, She worked with him for years as they are in same company and perceived him to be gud guy, as he helped her out on occasion.
Its not like she cheated , as it was a one sided love for her and fully aware that male lead is gonna be married to someone else.
she was vulnerable and he took advantage of her .
I dont not agree at all with her complying , but i can understand the situation she was under and her character.

I get your point, The way i saw that and made sense to myself even though i felt odd is that She is docile in nature and always had best of intentions for others that she could even make sacrifices.
She secretly liked the Male lead for years eventhough she knew he was taken and has no chance with him.
During the scene she obliged to the kiss and spent the night together seemingly an impulsive and emotional decision as a gesture to console that guy, she lost herself in the course. She is a collateral damage in my view and the most pitiful . She has taken her own life after realized that he had a fiance and caused pain to others.
She a pure of soul , i loved her through and through, this is the only situation i found myself willing to accept that decision eventhough everything in my being was screaming at her to say NOOOO when i watched that scene.

i am one of those folks who had the pleasure of watching it at least 12 years ago, which completely floored me.

I came to realize it's all perspective with respect to who is viewing . This is for me one of the best lovable role Jun Ji Hyun took and i adored and completely fell for her acting in the movie when i watched it several years ago. I am sure there are so many drama/movie who you like has insufferable ML mistreats FL as a doormat for several episodes ends up being your favorite drama as well.
