You should def watch Run On

I watched half of the 6th episode in 2020 and half in 2021. Perfect start.

True, there is a similar quirky vibe. But it's the second time I can't get past the third episode XD

I think, the difference is that Run On feels a lot more life-like. BM is almost theatrical in its quirkiness.

I've been going through my rather long list of watched things and couldn't find anything similar to put into the recommendation section. It's quite unique.
