Love your post and totally agree with all your points! The part about crows, bugs etc doing their part made me laugh but yes, everything came into place perfectly from the cast to the crew, costumes, props, sets, OSTs, CGI, you name it.

It does feel like TTJ having insecurities cos everyone basically abandoned him, even YXW back on the boat ride to Jing. So maybe he wasn't confident when YXW thanked him despite earnestly. Yes he's totally a good student, learnt all the things a kind ruler is supposed to be from YXW.
