If you watch this drama as a 1 drama you will like it better you won't be saying about they ruined 1 character from part1 and part 2. Mudeok was Naku's alias name and act like a new person otherwise she will be captured as Naksu who was a criminal at the time. In part 2, you will see her true personality with all her traumas being removed. Although I don't like the writer's treatment of FL in general I still think she was the same person.

After re-watching both parts again yes I agree with most that it is true the the budget for part 2 is so low and can't be compared to that of budget in part 1. With that said the romance and kiss scenes are extra hot in part 2. As a whole this drama is very good. Acting wise both are top notch no part is better than the other.
