when I rec TKEM i always say is not a Romance, and frankly without the romance it would have been the perfect parallel universes sci fi/thriller show. and the bromance was the best thing out of it.

I see nobody recomended Faith and for me is one of his best dramas, once you get used to the historical setting. but if you're new to saeguk (korean historical dramas) i wouldn't rec it as you first one. go for Legend of the Blue Sea.

back at the drama, both the mother and the daughter need serious psycological help.

people were giving their motivation as in "I don't like the actor" "there's no room to improvment" and those were all the first day of airing, that's why I answered that way.

no you're not alone. i still think they botched the first episode, giving a bad impression to those who only have 15 mins span of attention. the introduction for the FL was objectively bad.
it improved episode after episode and I'm enjoying it too (a part from the awful parents)

probably she has tested herself, she says she has the dying gene (like the lady at the end of ep 2 I guess) and she needs the healer gene in her dna lover
