Yeah, based on spoilers - the 5th prince and Consort Yu will get taken down by Simu and Duan Xu along with Fang.
YK is pissing me off so much - I don't think he was ever sincerely in love with Simu. All he wants is to control her, and the void (by default, then the mortal world).

Yes, it looks like the are going to tackle the corrupted officials related to the horse trade - like someone name Sun, and either he or someone is is related to that Consort Yu.

I like HeJia Feng Yi so much for what he's trying to do for Simu. It sucks that we only get one episode :( I really want to get to the wedding scene!

I think he is a double agent in a way. The flashback to when Duan Xu saved him the first time, and explained that his father was trying to kill him, showed them secretly becoming good friends later. Fang is on Duan Xu's side.

Feng Yi is just so cute! He’s the number 1 shipper of Simu and Duan Xu ❤️

This was a good side story —it really made me ponder. Is it worth lying to someone to keep them going, even if it means they’ll live in misery and obsession?

Ep 23 - So cruel - Simu was brutally but not completely honest with Duan Xu. I am struggling to make it through the next couple of episodes with the angst. Novel readers - can you please spoil for me? Question below:

Just catching up—now on episode 21, and how heartbreaking. The moment when He Simu breaks down, crying bitterly after being left all alone, hit hard… and then that scene right after, with Duan Xu holding her “heart.”
Dilraba truly shines in emotional scenes—she makes every bit of that angst feel so real

I enjoyed this overall, but the predictable ending ended up being a letdown—especially after the show raised my expectations with all its twists. It kept me guessing almost until the very end, and I thought there was no way the writers would go with the most obvious choice for the killer. Turns out… they did.

OK, maybe it's just me but things have become clearer but also muddier after episode 15. Despite that, I love the chaotic mess and all the action! It keeps things very interesting.

So the one we all though would be too obvious still turned out to be the one…

Erm, LWY and CW were a little goofy in their serious event at the end of ep 14 😄 Seriously though they both looked gorgeous in red!

Ep 19 - Simu was magnificent and the background music was so fitting!😍 And Duan Xu's expressions when Yanke mocked him 😭 Both actors truly delivered.
