Ep 30 - when the show focused on Boss at the vet, and the scenes of Gao Yi & Hai Lan (which transitions were well done, btw), I was preparing for an episode of tears and heartache but then we get a flood of sweet loving scenes of our couple XS and JH . Plus some cute discovery moments between XZY and YJ.

But that only makes me more suspicious...if the show is feeding us all the lovey dovey scenes now, that means the crisis is drawing even closer! XS, listen to your wise mom - don't assume and COMMUNICATE!

I'm a coward, I don't dare watch ep 31 until I get some spoilers from you all....so questions in spoiler below

I agree. I get annoyed when I see her getting him to do all sorts of things for her but she is not willing to commit or take the extra steps for him.

Total lack of self-awareness!

I feel kind of bad for Rid. Putarn is kind of mean and always teasing him.
I hope that there won’t be any love triangle between the King or In, Rid and Putarn. I don’t want to see the guys fight.
Gotta say. I like the palace scenes - a gathering of eye candy 😂

I think it’s more likely that he’s worried about himself. Although I think he can be pretty loyal too.

She was giving advice about how to be a player, all about playing games and tricks. She’s very annoying indeed!

I wish the show would give a twist and not have the couple break up, that they will stay strong and understanding of each other's position. I am not hopeful though ;(

I read comments that in the trailers, there is a scene of JH slapping XS in public...I wonder if it is because of the merger

Finally, one episode (29) that left me feeling happy throughout and my favorite moments were
1) JH triumphantly left her competitor in the dust with her creativity (and a little sneakiness from YJ)
2) The super proud look on XS' face
3) XS no longer holding back now that their relationship is "official". Luckily they did not censure everything!

Then we have ep 30 which again raised my blood pressure...Wow, YJ - you've gotta build some defenses against ZXY...as much as you love her, you are too good to be used by her like that! And then the mother....it's not enough that her character was so horrible, the show had to pick such an annoying voice for her.

10 more episodes...I am sure it's still going to be bumpy since we still have the slap coming up!

I think her guilt balanced out any fear/anger she may have towards him. She was able to justify his actions, I suppose.

And the present YL doesn’t have to feel the betrayal and hurt that JXN inflicted on him in the past

Of all the outcomes that did change, I’m so glad that Yan Lin and JXN parted on good terms. I appreciate YL for his goodness and sincerity towards JXN.
Lots of merciless killing today but I like that good or bad characters, most can fight well. I wouldn’t be surprised if Zhang Zhe whip out a few moves too.
I feel jealous on Xie Wei’s behalf lol since I’m totally on team XW. Somehow I get the feeling that even if it is a HE, it will be bittersweet like XW won’t survive long because of his health.

Yeah, I’m not feeling her and ZZ. I don’t even think she likes him that much. More admiration for his honesty and strong sense of justice and knowing that he’s a good guy
