Unpopular opinion....Miles Wei & Xu Lu are not at the same skill level....Miles Wei reminds me alot of Jasper…
I'm enjoying the show, but I do agree that Miles Wei needs to get better ML scripts that allow him to expand his acting range. I've only seen him in light rom-coms and the best so far is with Hu Xi Yuan.
Ok, so the last bit was a bit cringey lol but in a very good way!!! If this was real life, they would not allowed so much time on stage - haha..
Since the show made me feel so good in the last 15 minutes for our wonderful couple, Sheng Yang and Jian Bing, and his parents, I am going to forget my annoyances about the other characters including the fact that the show spent the first 30 minutes of the final episode to wrap up the love lines of the other characters.
I will still give this show a good rating because it was time well spent watching.

Same here! While it's nice to see the ML no longer doing the whole noble idiocy thing and staying committed to the relationship, there's really no need to stretch out this plot so much!
Simple and sweet - this show spotlights Thai traditions like Yan lipao weaving and tie dyeing via the stories of two couples from different generations. I like that it was a mix of different cultures and languages. It’s a good watch when you want something calming and slow-paced. It’s got some bittersweet relatable moments which make sense and fit the story well.
So great to have another episode (35) focused on our main couple, without unnecessary characters getting too much airtime! As the story draws to a close, it’s fitting to see people’s attitude change around our couple’s relationship. As for our couple, they continue to shine!
I’m so glad I caved and watched ep 34 instead of waiting for all the episodes to air. I don't like SY’s mother’s method but she did SY a favor in the end. His father is still one of my favorite characters! His scenes with SY were heartwarming ❤️ I love SY’s determination and persistence and he handled his future father in law well 👍 The last scene highlighted the importance of communication and our couple was amazing! Now on to ep 35!
Caught up to ep 6 and the build up has been excellent so far. The two FLs are great in their delivery and I like the way the characters are introduced. Since this is not a romance, there’s no typical ML but the main male characters are interesting.
😆🤣😂 The ringtone scene in ep 3 was hilarious. After Egg and Stone, I was looking forward to watching XuLu in this one. Girl can do comedy and Miles Wei too!

I admire Rulan's bravery, and I appreciate the entry of Shen Mu, someone who is introduced for his moral standing.
I wish Rulan would forgive Meng Wan. She really needs the support.

Anyway, first two episodes were good with excellent acting by the FL.
