No, for me, this show is a fun watch. Nothing deep but still entertaining. Since the good guys mostly triumph over the villains and overcome obstacles, it’s a feel good show. Most of the criticism I believe is because the story features multiple couples and for some episodes, focus more on the side characters instead of the main two couples. I’m ok with that though. I have been enjoying the story and cute couples.

Same here! I hate the noble idiocy trope the most. I would have liked it better if it was the ML who came to his senses and couldn’t break up with the FL but that’s ok. At least it was short and he didn’t resist too much lol
What I like most about this show is the fast pacing. There are ups and downs for sure so things don't get boring. Problems are resolved quickly and the story progresses smoothly.

Wow - quite an ending to ep 8 😍 I’ll say it again - the leads are just too sweet together! We are just halfway so I’m sure it won’t be all smooth sailing for them but I’m am really enjoying their interactions so far!

Oh so you watched the original? That's great! I heard that this is a good remake of it. Unfortunately what was considered fresh back that time is now deemed as tropey since other shows have used the same plot devices and story lines since then. I still enjoy it though!
