Will there be a love triangle with WJG falling for MX first and then CWD?
I’m on ep 9 and I guess it is a love quadrangle. My guess is that MX and CWD will be together and when WJG comes back, he will try to “save” MX. To be honest, I wish that FY and WJG are not paired together in the end. Much rather her end up with someone else and WJG stays true to the country. I thought there was a hint of foreshadowing for something between Xiao Wu (CWD’s right hand man) and FY.

I’m only on ep 9 but I see why you mean by messy love triangle…more like quadrangle. Not annoying but I kind of wish that they didn’t pair FY with WJG. Even if he is not together with MX in the end, I prefer that there isn’t this entanglement in the beginning.

Same here! I especially appreciate their banter. A couple can have chemistry when it comes to gazes and gestures but a good witty dialogue elevates it!

I’m holding out hope that she will choose what’s right instead of love but she did say that she would do anything for ZJK even when she knows she’s being used. Guess that’s foreshadowing
Yeah, his character is pretty well written. Not taking any credit away from him but Dilraba seems to always click with her MLs. I think there’s a comfort level that she gives them.
On episode 3 now...Love MX's spunkiness. Reminds me a little of the Long Ballad where MX is like Chang Ge (FL) in terms of bravery, smarts and wit. And FY is like Le Yan who will eventually come into her own. Need a spoiler please...
Not much in ep 22 but little reveals of the different side characters...like Xiao Mu En showing ambition, Zhang Xiao Bei's love interest showing some morality, Yi Tang not just blinded by love...
I like how the drama low-key shows the hint of romance using the ML. Visually Tong Da Wei is not my cup of tea but in this show, he's quite charismatic.
Finished this in 2 days. Thoroughly enjoyed this Lakorn and it is in my top 3 shows about time travel. The chemistry between Mike and Mook is phenomenal, finally another couple that gives me goosebumps like Pope and Bella did in Love Destiny!
