I’m guessing that this is not a high budget show. The quality of the dubbing, lighting and fx does not feel like it is a 2022 production. 6 episodes are not enough to judge the story and acting so I’ll keep watching.
Started watching this again after watching The Curse of Saree and wanted more of Sean :D. Unfortunately I am still not a fan of the FL who hopefully improved in her acting in her recent dramas. After seeing the chemistry between Sean and Baifern, the pairing of the leads here fell flat for me. Regardless, I’m going to finish this show just for Sean, the SML and the storyline.
In the previous episode, the mean bitchy ahjumma from the other village asked Ja Young why her mother has not…
Ah ok - I was particularly annoyed that the ahjumma constantly put Ja Young down for not having parents and even expected gratitude for her showing pity...Bleh! I am not quite sure how I would react if someone acted like that in real life 😡
Lovely episode (6) today - simple, pure and tugs at one's heartstrings...Nice slice of life drama If only we didn't have annoying love triangles that don't really add anything to the story
In the previous episode, the mean bitchy ahjumma from the other village asked Ja Young why her mother has not visited, but then in episode 6, she called Ja Young an orphan. Which is true?
Ep 12 was a little draggy but still good. Wish they would think to involve the law but then again, very few lakorns have smart police so I am not surprised that they didn't want to report anything :D
I just like the female lead coz she bright and bubbly. She is also kindhearted. She does not allow things to discourage…
That’s true - you highlighted the great points that the FL has. She definitely has a backstory with her mom so I hope that they explore it further. I only found it annoying when she picked on the ML and did not seem to understand his need for boundaries. Then again she was not only one :D
So far, so good and I like the ML - he's not portrayed as a silly buffoon completely out of his element.I appreciate that the show did not make him the butt of low-brow jokes. He has challenges but realistic ones. I didn't like the FL at first for acting like a spoilt brat. I know she has a reason but even that reason was too juvenile for her behavior. She did get better in episode 4 The SML has not made an impression yet...
Resolutions and reveals that is. ^Some dramas are just fun - Why do I think this is? Because the writer didn't…
I thought the same as you, especially when Annie was at the bar before he got the clip… LOL Yeah - Chaya deserved some applause for his shamelessness !!!

I think the FL character was quite well written. She did not uncharacteristically soften after she found out the ML did not betray her with Som…she righted the wrong but didn’t give in. I would settle for a renewal of vows and we can all guess that the reconciliation would happen in the last 15 minutes - haha! It’s fun watching the bad guys unravel as their plans start to fall apart. I loved watching karma get Som back! Along with Annie, Aunt Nan is now my favourite! She’s bitchy but she is consistently bitchy to everyone and she remains true to herself :D
All the women in this lakorn are annoying as hell. The FL is okay. I like the assassin story so far but the women…
I’m on episode 3 now and I agree - all the women, daughters and mothers are so annoying and shameless. Completely oblivious to reality. Only the FL and Sao Yai are fine
Yes, and with FL's dad. I know why FL says what she does, but that video from Annie might redeem ML.
I hope so too…I liked how the ML handled Som and his mother in ep 21 and with Nus too when he didn’t back down. I basically given up on the FL’s dad…haha
