just wanna say that ep 4 pissing me off so bad i would never sit down and let a man and his mom disrespect me like that watch me go lower than the pits of hell cuz i'm dragging them back to the center of the Earth
u stumble upon a drama so absurd you left wondering why you enjoy the brain rot chemicals that was release in your brain while watching it. apart from the unnecessary poop joke (this is quite common in asian comedy i wonder why) you deff gonna like it if you are looking for something light and fun to watch (i stopped watching the double since the tragedies is giving me headache so instead i watch this show)
this dude and richard lei is the king of short drama cuz why do they keep doing these drama with nonsensical plots😭and the ML is the greenest red flag in revenge republican era ever 😭shit so trashy it got me laughing but i've seen worse plot so i guess this is not that bad, nevertheless they both hot and i'm bored so i give it 9 out of 10 for the sizzling chemistry + good acting

from the way i see it, it's not simping it is more like he wanted her grandpa to know that she is more than just a woman that suppose to marry a guy for the sake of settling down. the idea of happiness to a woman at that time is to be a wife and bear children to her husband . and ML is listing all the great qualities that she has and even if he doesn't want to marry her for that qualities, he thinks she deserve to choose her own destiny as she can make one for herself without having a man by her side. even b4 FL met ML she was happy and content managing her own escort agency. so i'm not sure how convincing her grandpa that FL is a great woman is somehow decreasing the values that we seen on ML. it makes him the entire forest since he respect a great woman enough to cherish her for who she is without asking for things in return
wait hol awn im on ep 27 can somebody spoil me the ending is it HE or SE i had headache watching this drama from the angsty stuff i do not want to throw my laptop out of the window if ML or FL dies at the end of it

i gotta leave a comment on this drama cuz this is the rarest jewel i ever found. prolly one of the best wuxia drama i ever watch. HE, not prolong angst, good character building and interesting plot. i almost teared up when ML list down all the great qualities he seen on FL to prove to FL's grandpa that she is an outstanding woman that can strive on his own even without his proposal to marry and take care of her. ML is the greenest flag that we could never find in real life. FL and 2nd FL is a good example on how film makers should portrayed strong female character. only one thing that i want to complaint is how i think 2nd ML took too long to move on from FL but i understand this is prolly how they want to create the plot twist at the end. i came for copper and found gold. thank you for this gift, i will be here staring at wall waiting for the next masterpiece 🥲❤️

this is the only republican era crime mystery thriller where the FL is genuinely smart. there's also no romance between her with any of the MLs , just straight up friendship crime solving partners and i'm here for it
