No matter how many times I rewatch this, I'll never get tired of it. PhunNoh forever. I forgot how much I loved Ohm and Mick's side story too. The friendship between the club members was the best thing. Always remember that this drama introduced us to Captain's thunder thighs.

Eh, I dropped at episode 22 and just watched the final episode because I got completely bored of the entire thing. It's basically how the cute young nerd got the older celebrity. The leads were cute and fun to watch in their gaming sequences, but out in the real world, I couldn't take the ML being all clingy to the FL and I found their relationship tedious to watch when they finally got together. (I honestly don't find the idea of dating a celebrity that glamorous because gosh, the constant "trying to make sure you're careful from the tabloids" is exhausting. )Then the SML who can pretty much be her father, NEVER once told her, the entire time that they've known each other mind you, that he likes her, but expected FL to just magically fall in love with him and be all pissy about it when she doesn't.

He gave off such a creep vibe. THEN the other couple Shan Shan and Taro. Shan Shan brought such a downer to the show with her moody personality. I was feeling bad for her because I thought the big issue, as the below comment said, her boyfriend had abused her, but it wasn't even that serious and she let that one moment ruined her entire life. Taro on the other hand was just being a simp behind her. I felt bad for the guy because she wouldn't give him the time of day, but then he just came off as annoying with him bothering her all the time as their story progressed. Like, give her some emo music and just leave her alone!!! The other characters like the college friends, brought nothing to the show. They were just mindless comedy that they could've done without. Missed opportunity to get him to play the violin at the end concert too.

This was a really great drama, so I don't understand the rating here. I was expecting it to be higher.

#23 tells the story of a woman in a polyamorous relationship because she couldn't get over her first love, so each guy she dated was basically a piece of him. It was ridiculous, funny and had a little mystery plot for you to enjoy. I really enjoyed this one and loved the ending.

#29's story was quite possibly my favorite of the bunch. This one was a story about a woman who was about to be married but had no interest in the concept of marriage. Her relationship had no passion, she was bored, had no direction in what she wanted to do and she didn't love her partner. Or so she THOUGHT. I loved how they switched the roles here where the woman wanted to be the sexual one and the guy was the meek, awkward one. But then we got a little twist about the guy, where in fact he was just holding back because he was trying to be polite. This had the best ending too. There was also a mother/daughter plot that I found so relatable. It was like watching my mother and I on screen.

#35 was my least favorite. It tried to come off as a k-thriller with a bunch of plot twists, but it was just ridiculous with a stupid ending.

#49 was heartbreakingly sad and a stark reality for most couples. I didn't like the ending because honestly they should've parted ways, but I know there are some couples who hurt each other, but still can't live without each other, with the disguise of them "working it out" . Some do, while others harbor that resentment which will eventually cause a rift in the relationship.

So clearly Korean BLs are getting better because this was just amazing. The acting, casts, OST and cinematography. I loved it all. Hyuk Joon's voice is so soothing to listen too.

Damn, talk about a dragging drama. It started out strong, then it just lost its way during the second half of the show. I only stuck around because I love Rosy. She's such a cute, comedic actress. The craziness of the terrible CGI to the Qing Qing character, bugged me the entire time. So glad she was only in the first half.

Right, so the story got completely stretched out to the point that you either forgot what was going on or you stopped caring. Every time you think you're finally getting a conclusion, something else popped up. The SML and FL's cousin were two idiots. I especially couldn't stand the cousin. She was jealous for NO reason, but well........ I loved Er Meng and was actually rooting for him with FL. I liked ML too, but sometimes he got a tad annoying when he kept trying to "fix" things for Chuan.

They also used A LOT of flashbacks and retold everything that we've already seen, countless times. I didn't like the ending either. All that, for that ending. Nah.

P.S: XIAO BAIIIIII!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Holy crap, I LOVED this drama. It was so much fun to watch. Bai Lu is like the queen of rom coms and I always enjoy anything she's in. She also has great comedic timing. Her brand of comedy is kind of sarcastic, like mine.

Anyways, the leads had THE BEST relationship!!! I loved their chemistry. The story with the banking tended to get boring, but they slide some comedy in between the plot to keep you into the story. Gao Han Yu's character. WOW, I've only ever seen him as the male lead and love him, but man his character in here pissed me off. So he did his job in selling me that he can play a villain.

Riley Wang's character had me cracking up. He was so smart, yet so DUMB!!!! But you know who was the biggest star? Wealth!!!! That chonky chonk Corgi!!!!! I WANT HIM! But yea, if you want a legit Chinese rom com, I recommend this one. Lots of skin-ship and great kisses and the leads act like your regular couple. C-drama tends to make couples look like they're in a fairy tale, but these two were very relatable to real life.

This drama was at best a 7. The only saving graces were Mark, Owen, Ah Na ( I especially enjoyed how they handled their story) and the farmer and the bank president. The leads were irritating with their back and forth. Plus they had the slowest progression, so I pretty much lost interest with them by episode 5 or 6. I loved female lead's mother though.
On Love Is Phantom Mar 19, 2022
I actually enjoyed this. It went from 0 to 100 real quick, but the story flowed and it was interesting. You have Renn, coffee, the naïve but sweet female lead, the "evil" stepmother, the male lead's best friend with those sexy AF eyes, the understanding love rival, hoteling, kisses, sex, LOTS AND LOTS of sex and kisses, some comedy and a little heartwarming story thrown in. I also thought his big secret was that he was a vampire or was dead for 100 years or some BS like that (LOL), but I was way off. Anyways, it's a nice little rom com to pass the time. All the characters were so refreshing.

Ahh, this show was nuts and I enjoyed every minute of it. I've never laughed so much as I did with this. I loved the leads especially the female. She was so bubbly!!! Male lead was so funny when he broke character. (his stoic personality I mean) I also enjoyed the second couples and all the side characters. I've never loved a love rival as I did Da Cong. He was just so annoyingly sweet. I liked the little mystery they had going on with the gold, too. Everyone either wanted to kill, kidnap or marry the female lead. It was a simple and VERY funny drama. But damn, the eyes on Asher Ma. So freaking sexy.

This was pretty good to me. I don't know what the other comments were on where they were hating on the female lead. She did nothing wrong here. She wanted her own career. Male lead kept messing with her life and doing everything HE wanted. Yes he spoiled her rotten and it was lovely, but he became so overbearing trying to control every aspect of her work life. It was either his way or the highway. She just wanted to be successful on her OWN without using his name and connections. She got BUSY, so obviously she wouldn't always have time to spend with the male lead. BUT she was kind of terrible to her best friends. (I hated that part) Her only fault was that she didn't try to give him the sense of comfort and security of their relationship. But no one here is calling out the male lead for his obsessive behavior. The male lead was quite frankly, his own villain. She's trying to work to get her project off the ground, while he's worried about her working with a guy that she couldn't give two shits about. Other than that, it had plenty of skin ship and love scenes, it was a funny drama, the "villains" were annoying but their plans kept backfiring which I found hilarious. That one girl just didn't know when to quit.

So is this any good? If it ain't, I'm blaming Mikey. But I'm legit happy that Ryo is playing him and Yuki is Draken!!!

Coach clearly refered to the basketball milieu in the Philippines when he said "There are no gay basketball players."…
Then he should have added" in the Philippines. " I have no shame in admitting I'm a literal person.
