When I started this drama, I thought it would be melodrama because of the theme. I was actually surprised it uses…
Yes, I think certain people associate being suicidal as a form of mental illness. That's not always the case because some use it as a means to an end or as a form of release or solution to a problem.
It's also interesting that the writer of the book/webtoon incorporates a similar view of suicide with a certain other mainstream belief, in terms of the Reapers' judgment on the act.
Fantastic article, partner! I'm currently watching this one as well so I definitely can't appreciate your in-depth insights and backgrounds details onto this production as well as the source material.
I won't delve too much into the themes especially on suicide as it has been well discussed/debated in the dramas page but personally for me, I don't have a problem with the way it's incorporated into the tale of urban fantasy here.
This drama is much more emotional than I anticipated and truly tugs at the heartstrings. The levity and seriousness are deftly balanced for me so hopefully this aspect will continue to the end βΊοΈ
What a hilariously fascinating article! πππ Good job, as usual! Love the extra bits of background and the media used, definitely helps with the immersion! π€
Wow! This was a thrilling reading experience! Really love your article with so many details and insights! Great job and hope to see another article from you π₯°
Great coverage on the JFF, OAL! And thanks for including my thoughts on some of the productions π€π Hopefully we'll get another screening in the coming year and every year too!
Great review, as always. Personally, I "enjoyed" episode 15 quite a lot, even through the pain it caused. I loved…
Yes, I agree. The writing for the closure was too messy indeed. I'll take the memories of the good things that was well executed because this really was a memorable viewing experience π€
My dear partner-in-crime, you are truly the best in article design and formatting. The gold theme to match the premise of the drama is absolutely brilliant!
I love the write- up as well. Very detailed and meticulous. Although I eventually put this on hold, mainly because I wasn't in the mood for the storytelling approach, I appreciate your insights into what really is a well produced drama and arguable one of the better Light On series. I actually prefer Who is the Murderer though that one let me down in the end too lol.

I think Chinese titles in general take the cake for this but I guess it's all part of the fun lol
Feel good dramas are always uplifting to watch indeed π₯°π₯
Hopefully we'll get another screening in the coming year and every year too!
Yes, you should definitely check it out because it really is that good (up to episode 14) π
Thank you for the flower award too, dear π

Kudos for the great work on this piece π
I watched a couple of episodes of the drama which really is an interesting take on the subject matter.
