The fight scenes in here have all been so amazing to watch. I love all the fights he did with XL but the red umbrella…
The umbrella turning into a person was so badass. But I'm confused how CJM is so strong. He is so much stronger and better than the other students at immortal arts.
Sure, the drama has potential. I'm just not feeling it and I'm at episode 21 already. Most characters had this…
ML recently learned martial arts. He probably would've died if he went straight into those battles (and the drama would've ended). He's a prince, not a martial arts master like his bodyguards.
So when do y'all think ZZS figured out that WKX was the leader of Ghost Valley? Given his reaction to YBY, it…
Dialogue in episode 21+22 indicated that ZZS already knew WKX's identity before the booklet identifying all of the ghosts came out. In an earlier episode, ZZS said he was hoping WKX would open up to him which is another clue that he knows. I think he figured out early on, at what episode I'm not too sure of (because I can't remember dialogue from earlier episodes [lol]), and he chose to not bring it up because he didn't want to pry into something that WK was obviously uncomfortable discussing
He sent Xiang away to spend her life with the man she loves and live a normal life. I don't understand how this can be interpreted as him being selfish or uncaring.
I think it was a must for someone to die in this drama and it was pretty good timing in my opinion but I was just…
I mean look at the wikipedia desription of the show:
"During the Liu Song dynasty, powerful aristocrats have taken control of the government, throwing the country into chaos. To change this, Chancellor Liu Yikang (Qin Hao) introduces new policies for political reform. To break the alliance between the aristocrats, Liu Yikang enters into a marriage alliance with the Shen family, who has roots in the military. His fiancé turns out to be Shen Lige (Li Qin), whom he has previously met at a dance house. After marriage, Li Ge assists Liu Yikang in dealing with their political opponents and implementing new policies. However, in response, the aristocrats ally together to suppress Li Ge and the Shen family, who is later massacred. Pained by her loss, Li Ge vows to take revenge for her family."
Yes, Li Ge is the real daughter. Her bracelet is given to A Nu to make them think otherwise. Li Ge's mother recognizes…
I think it was her master's ploy to switch the bracelets, have Lige think that the Shen family are strangers to her so she can carry on with the assassination without any hesitation. It's a pretty genius idea.
Almost all Chinese dramas tend to have female antagonists like this - overly obsessive with the male leads and…
Its definitely a common trope in period Chinese dramas for men to seek power and for women to seek love. Its a palace drama though so I'm not even sure what other motives people would have here.
I see the complaints against the sister now. Her presence has gotten very annoying and she isn't vital to the story. It doesn't make any sense for her, a maid, to be able to visit the regent king and to leave the palace whenever she wants. The author is doing everything to keep her alive until the very end but I find her completely unnecessary to the story. She needs to die like last episode.
Don't understand a single word but dang future episodes look good! It's unfortunate that it looks like the evil…
Since Li Ge entered the picture, Le Qing has lost what she thought belonged to her - the Shen family and her future husband. The family pretty much brushed her off to the side once Li Ge was found. It seems like she has a hatred for Li Ge stemming from the fact that she took the happiness and the future that she was supposed to have. She has decided to team up with the baddies partially because they are the only people willing to put up with her so she is using them (as much as they are using her) to get what she wants - Li Ge dead and her becoming a consort.
I understand the rationale for her evil doings. But her being alive for this long is really annoying. The actress is amazing though. I love the faces she gave Li Ge when she escaped being caught for the upas incident.
I dont know if anyone's interested, but i just watched all the previews up to 38 and things get saucy!! So excited…
Don't understand a single word but dang future episodes look good! It's unfortunate that it looks like the evil sister may live till the end. What a cockroach.
This show can take my money so producers can continue to make long Korean BLs like this. I hope we got a hot kiss similar to To My Star.
