Was Meow sheltered by his adoptive family for most of his life?
having rewatched this to see where I lost that info (If I lost that info) there is a throw away moment in the plot with Faiyen, right after he's introduced, where he explains that Meow can't control his ears/tale. This was done, I presume, as a way to suggest that yes, he was sheltered from humans. Since the cat community as a whole does not reveal itself and Dem is sworn to secrecy, we can assume that anyone unable to hide their cat nature would not be allowed to be around humans.
But I wanted to know why they didn't still educate him about human culture, so that if he ended up on his own he'd at least be safe. Being shut away from the world doesn't equal not learning about it unless your parents are really lame.
This whole comment made me cackle - "that cringy piece of shit that Ja/First did" LMAO. Agree with your comment…
Physical Therapy was a waste of the space it occupies. This show is better that that.
And yes, I'm going to finish this. Problems aside, it's still way better than Cutie Pie too. LOL Which is not a high bar, I know.
I just couldn't help but point out the glaring "Newp" issue for me because it's high up there on my reasons to dislike a drama. I hate the infantilization. Not my kink in the least. If other people get off on stories where someone in a relationship is, or pretends to be, very unreasonably young and helpless, fine. But it's not my cup of tea.
Probably because of (or thanks to) people hate watching it or people (like me) who decided to finish what they…
Imma say I agree with you. On both accounts. How this monstrosity has anything over a 6.5 is a mystery. And how it's neck in neck with a deep story like Teddy Bear is a crime.
the only good thing to come out of this show is Tutor and I desperately hope to see him in a better show. please…
I think I said in my last review, somewhere around episode 9 or 10, that Tutor needed to renegotiate his contract because he was better than this and needed his management to find him more fitting projects.
The only reason I'm here is that it would pathetic to drop this two episodes before the end
That is the reason a lot of people are here. I only stayed because my watch buddy wanted to finish this wreck and didn't want to do it alone. So I'm literally only still here because my friendship is hurting me. LOL.
I hope you are right. Way better ending than cliffhanger followed by second season announcement.
I told Mike that was my prediction. One of them gets carted off in an ambulance and it holds over for another season. I am laying money. If I am wrong I will be very happy.
Even the classic 'love sick' was alot better no matter how basic it was. This was just Dull n boring, cudnt connect…
It's toxic, ineffectual, disjointed, AND boring. And I'm still not sure how they managed to accomplish all of those elements.
But just one week left and then I get to move on and never see these characters on screen again. Several other really good dramas going on right now to wash the taste of this one away.
I wasn't planning on posting anything this week, but after last night's episode....Sigh.I completely forgot that…
This whole show was an exercise in dragging out content and not getting anywhere. Because ending up back on square one would have been something. But Lian and Kuea never left it. No character growth. In some unless you count backwards.
So……. Since when is Diao on a first name basis with Kuea’s friends??? I must be sleeping on this show to…
I think there's this weird trend this season where every show has to prove that kissing in public is somehow cool by having couples become confident enough to not just have them peck each other on the cheek, but go in for a detailed tonsil cleaning. And it's lame. Exhibitionism kink is apparently the next stage in BL PDA's.
This show has been a love/hate feeling for me. Love the actors ,however there’s such a cringe worthy feeling…
Exactly. Not to mention Lian telling Kuea his basic privilege to go about and do things he wanted as based on him "behaving".
This plot is so bound up in weird, nasty behaviors by Lian and Yi that is defies reason. But only one episode left! Then we can get off the crazy train.

Unless you have a deep seated need to finish any drama you start, the torture isn't worth it.
