i'm sorry but you can't say mr sunshine had the worst ending ever. it was a historical drama during the japanese invasion. what did you expect to happen? a happy ending where all of them lived happily? you can't call it the worst ending ever just because the main characters died. what else could have happened to them? one way or another they would have died...

i've been wanting to watch this drama for years now and i finally got to watch it. the first few episodes were pretty funny when they were in the widow village but then things got more serious after they left - i still enjoyed it! i think it got even more interesting after they left the village.
p.s i was kinda surprised to see Kang Tae Oh play the villain here since he was the Ultimate green flag in Attorney Woo haha... (it suited him tho!!)

it gets more interesting after they leave from the widow village and try to enter the palace!

they solve quite a few cold cases (not just one) and a few of them are connected so it's interesting!

i'd say the ending is pretty open because the story isn't exactly complete and ends with a cliffhanger? sort of?. but it's definitely not considered a sad one (in my opinion the ending was great i think if they did another season it'd ruin the series so yeah it depends on how you see it i guess.) it's worth watching it anyway!

finally started watching this because i don't have anything else to watch rn and omg...those influencers are all so fake and annoying especially that brat chae hee i cant stand her !

everyone in this drama is crazy lmaoo at times it felt quite random but it was still enjoyable to watch ;; i guess this has a low rating due to the extreme violence/murder/graphic scenes ?? it seems this way with the kdrama somebody too (which i quite enjoyed even tho it felt random at times )

i recently finished reading the webtoon so i got excited to see a live adaption happening but......will it ever happen? T...T when is it coming out pls

i binge watched this in 2 days and i loved it!
i'm honestly so glad they gave them a happy ending TT i was scared they were going to traumatize me and give us a tragedy for an ending lol. i especially loved the scenes from their high school years. their love was so pure i felt quite jealous...perhaps because i never experienced such love or sweet happy memories in my teen days...
anyway this is definitely my fave j-drama i've seen so far (i haven't seen many i'm pretty new to j-dramas lol but this is definitely my fave!)

it was a little slow in the beginning but it gets more interesting after ep 3-4!
p.s idk why people keep calling this scary lol for me it wasn't scary at all. as the story progressed it was more sad than scary tbh....
also i wish we got more romance between Sanyoung and Hongsae i loved their dynamic!

the drama wasn't bad but it wasn't anything special either. it's fun if you want something light with not much drama. but not gonna lie i felt quite bored after ep 8-9. it feels like as soon as the main couple gets together, everything gets boring for me. it happens in most romance dramas tbh...and it's why i try to avoid such dramas lol but anyway

currently on episode 9 and i'm starting to feel bored....but anyway i have nothing else to watch so i guess i'll watch until the end

i loved the first two episodes. the last four were a little slow, but i enjoyed it!
in the end...nothing really changed. i wonder, are they going to make a season 3/part 3? i haven't read the webtoon so idk what happens there so

well i don't have anything against the actors irl i just found their story in the drama boring idk lol

also,,,, i found the second couple pretty boring and skipped their scenes sorry lol

i started to get bored after episode 6, but overall i enjoyed the drama! ngl i mostly decided to watch this because i love Shin Hye Sun!. i haven't read the webtoon so i can't compare anything... though i would like to see more scenes from her past life tbh all of them seemed pretty interesting!

re-watching this for the third time <3

i think i've seen her in like two dramas so far mostly as a supporting actress but idk her acting doesn't amaze me but oh well i might check this drama out just out of curiosity lol

i kinda want to watch this out of curiosity but i'm not a huge fan of the fl actress (i just don't like her acting idk she always looks awkward to me..) so i'm not sure whether i will watch this or not lol..

it got a little boring after ep 10 for me. not to mention that in the first few episodes they focused more on the patients and on the second half they focused more on the character's backstories so it felt a little messy ;; but overall it was pretty enjoyable! i think this is one of JCW's best roles! (my number one is Empress Ki tho!)
