i lowkey feel sorry for Ms.Lin i know she is evil as fuck but i can onlz imagine how it is to be betrayed bz the…
Same... I know they're evil as well, but humans, especially the ones here, are also hypocrites to begin with. Always thinking they're the superior race. So I had to laugh at Yan Tuo's speech that humans earned their right to have a peaceful life. And are not feeding on human blood and flesh. But humans are feeding on blood and flesh... even if it's not humans.
Also Zhang Li's acting was so good, that I just felt really bad for her in that scene...
I can't really hate the earth fiends... idk but I really think they did care about Yan Tuo. Why would they've have kept him by their side all this time? Protected him and also saved him, when he was hold captive by the Hunters? Xiong Hei looked genuinely hurt by Yan Tuo's betrayal...
tbh I like the earth fiends more than that bunch of useless Nanshan Hunters lol Funny enough the non-humans have more personality than the humans haha
Hmm… not really happy with today’s episodes. Everything felt rushed and the characters were acting in ways that didn’t feel believable. Bit dumbed down and just... idk weird. This new arc feels really sloppy compared to the first 8 episodes. I even gave this a 10 last week, but after today I’m honestly worried the finale will end up just as rushed and messy.
Rewatching some scenes and I'm pretty sure In Kang did not take his own life. I just can’t see him leaving his little brother all alone, especially right after they lost their grandma. And the fact that he poured all the alcohol and pills away right before it happened… that doesn’t add up.
If he had really wanted to end it, he could’ve used those. He’s also never shown any signs of self-harm, so the bathtub “suicide” feels staged to me. I’m really starting to think the obsessive psycho did it.
Now I’m scared for Jun Seo and Jae Oh… please don't... let them both be alive in the end T-T
Wow... I'm actually speechless. Amazing episodes again! But as incredible as it was... todays episodes were hard to watch, especially ep.8 ... I'm too sensitive for these kind of dramas 😭
I haven't liked a romcom in ages, but the first two episodes were really good. I'm scared it won't keep the quality, because of the misunderstanding trope, but let's see...
I really like that both leads are kind of crazy and match their freaks haha :D Especially Ji Hyeok is kinda unhinged funny ML.
On my rewatch and still confused about one thing… Wei Shao’s older brother Bogong was supposedly in love with and betrothed to Lady Yu Lou 14 years ago. But in the flashbacks he already looks so much older. The actor is literally in his early 40s and the one playing Wei Shao’s father is also in his 40s lol
Meanwhile Lady Yu Lou looks around the same age as Wei Shao and he was literally a child back then. So did Bogong love a child?! 😅 They really should have cast someone much younger for him. It’s such a miscast…
I’m ten minutes into the first episode and it already screams low-quality from every angle. It has heavy mini-drama vibes. The cinematography, writing, dubbing… all quite mediocre. Not feeling this right now. Maybe I’ll give it another try once more episodes are out and the comment section gives me hope 😅
I understand, in a way, why people are divided in the comments. But there is no way that in real life you would…
Sociopathy doesn’t automatically mean “no empathy or remorse ever”. It’s a spectrum and people with ASPD traits often do show selective attachment, flashes of guilt, or some level of cognitive empathy, even if it’s inconsistent. Unlike psychopaths.
And honestly, nobody here is “cheering on” real-life abuse or manipulation. We all know that what she’s doing would be horrible in an actual real-world situation. Fiction gives us the space to explore flawed, morally grey, or even outright toxic characters without endorsing them. People enjoy villains, anti-heroes, revenge plots and messy characters all the time :D
Okay, now that I'm done ruminating on things. I do have a question:When Junseo told Ah Jin that Jae Oh is there…
I think it's a bit of both. She surrounds herself only with people who are useful to her, but I do actually think she respects him or admires him a little, because he killed his abusive father and broke free from his shackles.
When she called his younger brother a fool for refusing to see him, even though Jae Oh would do anything for him — literally kill their abusive father to protect him — and said she would stay by his side if she were his little brother, I think she meant that sincerely. She needed someone who was willing to do the unspeakable for her. So it's a mix of both,
Also I don't think her smiling and laughing with him was fake, so she was glad to meet him again. Jun Seo felt it too.
I wish I hadn't read that.... people avoid this comment. Because it's a webtoon spoiler. Don't be like me :(
I know, but I thought it's a drama spoiler of todays episodes and not a novel spoiler, that's why. I wish there would be two kind of spoiler tags. For the adapted novels/webtoon and the actual drama... 😅
At this point… if people weren’t constantly out to get her and provoking her, she would genuinely just try to live quietly and let everyone else live in peace too. But she can’t catch a break without someone trying to drag her down again. And yes, it’s awful that innocent people get caught in the crossfire when she fights back, but I still can’t bring myself to hate her…
Well, let's see if my feelings will shift in the next few episodes, because I already feel bad for In Kang… he’s already hanging by a thread as it is.
And Jun Seo is honestly pretty unhinged too. His obsession with A Jin is intense. In a way, she shaped him into this by making him carry guilt for what his mother did to her. But it’s also true that his mom was and still is cruel to A Jin, even if A Jin provoked some of it. Back then she was just a child trying to avoid being trafficked. That was her survival instinct back then and still is. But Jun Seo’s obsession isn’t healthy either… he "loves" her in a way that’s toxic for him as much as it is for her.
I really liked the latest episodes again! Can't wait till next week :D

Could it even be that In Kang did not unalive himself... but maybe it was the obsessive CEO psycho? I mean... you never know.
I feel so bad for In Kang's brother... His whole family is gone and he is left all alone.
