I commented earlier, so I want to correct myself. I may not be a fan of PBG, for some strange reason. But I noticed something special about him. Whenever he has to say something important, his eyes gets teary. It's a sign of true feelings in shape of words you are saying. When you get water in your eyes, saying something so sincere, that makes you either sad or happy, our neurotransmitter act as a natural painkiller. And it is a rare quality for an actor, who is just saying lines, that are not real. In all of his scenes, he gets water in his eyes.
Last time, I saw someone doing that was Jung Hae-In (an actor in a league of his own) in Something In The Rain, when he reads a voice message of his girlfriend, and his emotions pours out, in that scene I just can't decide if he was acting or real.
I never thought I would find this show somewhat ok. Since I am in minority, who doesn't found Park Bo-Gum extra-ordinary, or all the hype he is been getting since Reply or other projects - and I am entitled to like or dislike (not gonna accept any hate on this).
Having said this, ROY is good, it may not show the extreme competition (as some of other films and drams have shown already) of showbiz, but it touches the reality of ones struggle in a world not seen honorable by parents, family relatives... and it is the same around the world, not only from where I am.
The family drama, in my view is too much, I can't stand HH mothers as well, she is a "soft villain" also, HH is a cunning person, who hasn't shown his full colors yet. His face tells you he is no innocent. He tagged HJ with him purposely, - to lower his self esteem, and not to let him move forward.
I just love grandfather, he is too good, when he cried with his grandson, it is first for me in K dramas, to see haraabuji sobbing. And I loved that scene. I am just hoping, there are not unnecessary couple suffering scenes, separation or too much meddling.
For once show a fair competition between good and bad - not always bad leading good, only to be forgiven at the end easily to a viewer is demanding.
This drama was amazing. I really loved the ending!... But can we please talk about how the final episode LITERALLY…
Yeah right, I mean was sad, that Yuki and Akira gonna only had 5 minutes of together, but when I saw Yu Xi-gu and Xiang Hao-ting, I exploded with happiness. It was ending done right.
But there was a room for 1 more episode - a little glimpse to their journey afterwards.
This drama tells you speak up... don't lock your lips... you are poor, miserable, no power, nothing.... but you must have your confidence, otherwise you will forever be busy pleasing people just because you don't have the heart to hurt anyone.
This drama, has some shittiest and greedy friends, they blame, cry and gather sympathy on their won mistakes. Daebak, I mean just daebak!
I am wondering, why Jin Won sunbae had to wear such short shorts for no reason (ahmm there are many), in whole 6 episodes, he never wore pyjamas. This resembles to "Call Me By Your Name" where Armie wore short shorts, and in Mr. Heart Jin Won is Armie and Sang Ha is Timothee. Lol.
Can't blame the FL for the 10 years in the friendzone tbh. I'm not a fan of how the ML seem to make her fall in…
If there is a girl involve with OSW I will smash my screen, I mean, if he can not accept his feelings for her, he must not bring any other women infornt of her.
I like it because theres still possibilities after the first 2 eps which means there is a chance that she gets…
of-course.... that will never happen. OSW is too good to be left without a heroine. 2ML we have yet to see, how he will play his part, either he will be like a "Wu Bo Song" type 2LD or crazy second lead.
The biggest injustice in the world of TV done to 2LD was in A Love So Beautiful to Wu Bo Song. He is by far the world best 2LD. Never created fuss, not even with his expression, never plan-plot or diverge FL, always protected her, comforted her and let her go whenever she wanted.
I think this drama deserve a higher rating. Please make sure you rate all the watched episodes.
it does but the truth is, it's nothing new, the good old love triangles and the usual separation of leads without no reason and meddling of society, work and exes.
Let's take a moment to appreciate how meticulously the actors have learned to act out their instruments. As someone…
Because both lead actors are musically equipped. Park Eun Bin is a child actress and occasional singer. Kim Min Jae, as I am sure everyone knows, trained as an idol, in dancing, singing, music and arts.
I was relieved when Chae Song Ah played violin, and it actually looked like someone really trying their best to learn the violin. It never looked to me, they are experts, as you said... trying to go, back and forth and be professionals.
At times, I didn't like the tone of violin when Chae Song Ah played, but when I look at it deeply, It is absolutely correct way of playing, as she as a character trying to master the art, not trying to be professional or running fingers on strings without any reason.
The pain she endured due to tragic death of her mother, may she rise higher and higher and humble at the same time.

I ak annoyed every second LJK appears. Even mostly she doesn't have dialogues in secens, my heart explodes out if anxiety just seeing her face.
As an actor she nailed her character that is why we are hating her so much.
This drama, has some shittiest and greedy friends, they blame, cry and gather sympathy on their won mistakes. Daebak, I mean just daebak!
JTBC drama and their love stories are best, SITR is my absolute fav drama, its a must watch for everyone.
This also gives me the same vibe, but just not make it too toxic.
Triangle must and must be between, ML-FL-2ML.

Also, Seungwoo is not that of great actor, he sure has a talent of act, but needs more subtle projects where he can progressed.
