Congratulations for being one of the worst adaptation in Thai Bl history and one of the worst overall.
Literally no meaning to story, butchered everything and ending is just ridiculous, such a waste of time on this, I thought it would be better, but writer failed miserably writing a story that already existed...they just had to add Thai elements or improvise it, but they completely murdered the story and presented as it is...
I feel sorry for actors, they are pretty, handsome and more than ok actors, August is experienced actor, and Mac did fine hob, but production values and writing were too unbearable for them to overcome.
Worst, just worst!!!
ps. For future prospect watchers, stay away from this disaster.
Writing is still meh...there is no direction...but their NC scenes are the best in Thai BL industry. They have excellent "chemical" chemistry. A chemistry that invokes all kind of hormonal changes and pheromones when you look at each other, they both look at each other with lot of love, and sex appeal, which is kind a turn on....
Very typical old style BL...but love it...it is amazing...I do love Santa and Earth pairing, as they were great and worked off and on screen with equal hard work, but Pond's pairing with Earth is another classic example of a surprise. Pond is great actor, and I like other production houses where they don't make couple permanent, so they can explore different styles and ships.
the ratings are unjust as always...this is so well made...The acting is very good...The Chem is off charts...And the pairing is well done..EP3 for me was magical...as it was slow paced yet faat..logical..communication...truth and just pire feelings. Really love show honest both are and didn't take much time to their realization...music made it even more beautiful..there saas sadness, joy and complete joy of their love that yiu could feel...Really loving it and it deserves more rating..hope rest of the episodes which are like alot..goes like this and their relationship grow stronger as time passes by.
I hope it is an exaggeration of real story because Got is not just villain, he is python that engulfs its prey no matter how full it is...he is dirty, like real dirty, a filth, that you don't even wanna clean.
they are doing interviews and press and appearing in shows are so great...hope they deliver the same as Chinese original is very dear to us. don't ruin it with over the top love issue, mommy issue, SFL issue and the bitch sister issue..hope there is right amount of mom evilness and right amount of them getting out f the way...
just looking forward to KHJ scenes when he will sob for his mom leaving him...his lonliness and yearning really broke me in CN.
I love this...like I love it when FL is in power and on that super natural or fantasy figure with everything circles around it...love it..also I am fan of KJY and kinda miss his amazing silky long hair...But they look so good together...TH might be jalousie...But anyway...It is story told many times nothing new but it entertains you and that's what should be the purpose of any program.
I just have one question...even with fantasy and all...How can she works as a judge when she is certified psycho by a team of doctors...lol...I mean what part of world and government gives a job and on top of that a judge position to a person who has a diagnosis in written that she is psychotic. Wish someone would give me a job as well like this.
I am only worried about the mom, she was evil as per CN standards, but Korean always take things to whole other level, hope that police officer wife, when she comes back, doesn't create much evil, and the SFL who will she try to pair wit her son doesn't create any trouble and walks away after a episode just like in CN version, also the sister was nasty.... so if K try to exaggerate or over it with negativity and evilness, this is off my list.
The production quality is top notch, the filming and technical aspects were best in EP4, I watched in super 1080, and it feels like a Blu-ray print. I could feel the rawness of the characters, the child that appears is a true face of Thailand and its brown skin, what I see now, is total white wash on the actors that appear today....the original Thai nation color is wheat brown, and is damn fucking sexy....specially the child that were casted and appeared in first scenes of EP4, felt like I am watching a series where finally a real cast exist.
This is the last family drama that aired was so damn good, all drama that came after this, on KBS, MBS or anywhere super garbage, like super super garbage.
More than liking it, I am enjoying it, and thats what matters....it is entertaining...KJY is one effing handsome man, tall, fully build, long hair (now gone) but very prominent looking guy.
I hope she is able to revenge KBN as well, and It is obvious how it is going to end, as this is not a new story...but as always,. FL is sassy enough to keep me going.
I just hope, once Pun is clear, he doesn't break Noh's heart, he is so pure, born and raised in such lovable and breathable environment.
Pun is fooling around thinking he can love a girl, thats why he doesn't mind being gold digged by her. Although she is not poor, but she is attention seeker, and has no interest in Pun either, doing what mother is saying...hope she focused on her own problems, and don't created any bitchness among those lovable, innocent boys.
Casting for leads is super accurate, and they have chemistry, like you can feel there is spark. It is hard these days.
