the comments here made me think it'd be way sadder and devastating, my usual expectation hike. 🤡 but it's good so far! I'm glad seong ah is going to be more human and complex from being just a manic pixie dreamgirl for gyeonu. her expressions did seem kinda cliche sometimes. it's my first time seeing all these actors but choo young woo stands out with yus micro expressions, he excellently embodies gyeonu.

oh yeah, it can be v frustrating. this drama is also very avengers-like and fantastic, i get the criticism. Remember dragged One villain for 20 eps and it was very frustrating. but it's also personal taste. i think this kind of an interesting villain makes it up for me, especially because it's fast paced(no time to think much tbh).

also, the romance is so good but kinda out of place but So Good that it makes me uncomfortable to watch.

god forbid someone who makes art is creative.

oh i just need to say one thing, and pardon my language, but

mjy is a pathetic, wet soppy dog, insecure bastard who is no one's and no one is his, he gets humiliated, beat up into a pulp and then goes into his lil construction site cum shed to take out his insecurity and pathetic, soppiness by collecting trucks full of cash. losing face and losing worth is his biggest weakness.

and oh, how i love and laugh every time dong ju humiliates and beats him up. so fun.

also, he is just such a well written antagonist, and a new one. also very refreshing how we've known him from the very start.

comedic timing really took me a while to get used to.

different types of people, different types of mcs. this is just one of them. imagine if every mc was a cool headed, strategic, chess crazy machine. so boring.

uh... it's fiction... like a work of imagination and creativity?

same, kind of cliche but a fun watch.

don't get the people who find this boring. so fast and fun and addictive. i love this, 8/10 guilty pleasure.
