You are describing Bong Su. He was created to drive the plot and be hated.
I'm not sure how you concluded that? maybe, i don't know? but I'd disagree, because all characters in this drama, including bong su, are very complex and well written. imo, none of them are made to be hated but rather understood. i was wondering if all these comments missing the nuance are from a younger audience, since this is a high school romance drama, after all.
I agree with you , If trauma is the best excuse to be villain then Gyeon u's past is more bad than Bong su.
hmm, he's a very young child who couldn't even grow up so he's stuck in that war, that's it i think. but yeah, i too thought he was π€ close to being convinced to move on, but he just flipped out of nowhere.
Omg didnt expect everyone to be driven so mad by the latest ep when i was fed so well especially with the peak…
i waited for this series thinking it was a very angsty/tragic story, turned out to be a fluffy, cliche romance and was disappointed. then ep 8-10 came and just π
this comment section has 0 nuance omg. if you want a mushy romance with happy giggles and haha, there's so many other dramas, with plain characterization and "villains" made solely to drive the plot and be hated. just saying.
the "romance" is just soooo misplaced, it's completely ruined the show for me. when they first kissed and made up and all, that was ok, it was kinda nice, maybe, but this is just. so out of place. like an indian tv serial with no identity and script.
please focus on min juyeong? eh??? thriller? ehh???
dongju has unlimited punches but hanna doesn't have unlimited ammo, girl please look before shooting π she could have killed him SO easily last ep and even nowand the way dong ju is fighting, like he didn't just fistbump death... the writers have given up on realism completely ig
i love this but study group def has better structure and writing. also, the ost slaps.
hmm, yes it was satisfying at times but i find good boy far better in the action area. study group literally had people breaking whole brick walls lmao(i know, comic book sylisation) which kinda killed it for me. i like the more realistic punches in good boy even though it's still unrealistic. pacing and direction goes to study group, agreed.
