Title Men's Kou
does anyone know how to get accepted into the community ? my request got rejected sigh and idk what she's using…
I don't know and I don't care. I opened their live journal website and seems too much harrassment just to watch a drama lol
I don't get why the Original Network itself don't include english sub upon release. Especially if they desire the show to have international audience. I still don't get why we should wait for some paranoid fansubber and to deal with their drama instead of the drama's drama LOL

Title Marry Me!
Uggh... I'm kind of AGAINST the "Arranged Marriage" trope entirely by now. I'm afraid I won't even give this a chance.

Title Dear.M
'Dear M'? Despite expectations, it seems to have the weakest plot of them "playlist" shows. Right after reading the synopsis, nothing interest me less than finding about who the "M" is (sorry, not sorry).

The old gang is gone, except one guy, probably the one who interests me the least (Ha Neul). His girlfriend is now portrayed by SOMEONE ELSE (completely different type, more pretty but also more generic). I do get some roles sometimes get re-cast, nevertheless we watch some girl we feel we have no reason to watch. Yet we watch her a lot. They're already together with Ha Neul and nothing new is happening (jealous secondary females DON'T count).

Plus there's the new couple of friends with him secretly in love with her (Ha Neul 2.0). The portraying actor has a soft face without an edge. Even the average looking girl he chosen for himself, I do not specifically cheer for him to get her. I am not excited.

Then ADD that the runtime is not the usual 15 minutes, it's ONE HOUR. All the previous seasons of 'Love Playlist' needed quarter the runtime to achieve similar result. This either drags almost comatosely following closely the daily lives of a few people - we are constantly reminded of a day of the week and exact time, with big letters all across the screen (seriously) despite that NOTHING major is happening and it's practically irrelevant what day, hour and second it is (it's not like this is '24' with Kiefer Sutherland, LOL) or the whole campus reads 1 ANONYMOUS GOSSIP site and immediatelly reacts to every posts on it in overly dramatic way (it's funny, but not funny enough for the super long episodes). There is real kiss scene in episode 8/9, but it takes LONG to get to it and it drives the patience.

Overall, had I not been a complete SUCKER for romance I hardly think I would even finished this. The show is practically as shallow as most american shows about students. It's often boring, too (seriously, WHO thought to make Ha Neul the lead?), with the cast being attractive on the female front only. It's especially awkward with the crazy stalker girl. She is a hot girl that's hard to imagine as being obsessed with the boring & plain guy even as a fiction. But, never mind. All the females here are a misscast. The wild looking one is the no-nonsense no drama one. The plain and child-like looking one is the one having the most makeout sessions. The confident bitch type is forcing herself into "insecure girl" role, while the cutest one is trying to look all mean. It's funny but it's definitely not functional, therefore giving the shallow, unconvincing MEH vibe...

the best an this is the behind the scene, after watching the 5 episodes. The Behind the scenes is by the link from…
Yeah, watched it, maybe better than the series itself. But still, I'm quite fed up with this. I watched 8 of these vertical shorts series already and I want Chap Suppacheep in proper drama. Something steamy. Else, I better forget about him LOL

"Meet Han Tae Joo, 18 year-old student and successor to the TB Group"
LOL the actor is 30
8 years older than his bodyguard:)
These two look quite alright except of course one of them has to wear the "weirdo serial killer" haircut. Someone PLEASE help the barbers in Korea! LOL But when he combes his hair diffferent and the other tells him "You got hotter" it's the only funny line in the drama lol
Either way, I recommend the movie version WITHOUT the inner monologues!

His face, convincing you in HIStory first of cruel criminal & then vulnerable uncle, is a work of art.

Just re-watched this again.
Simple, short, yet a masterpiece in compare to other BL.
Exquisite laughter & pain.
Killer main couple, their contrasting looks & personalities ever a source of the funnies. Chen Chia Kuei, whose face convincing you first of cruel criminal & then vulnerable uncle, is a work of art. Just the 2nd couple is unwatchable, I completely skip them.
The ending song is beautiful enough to listen 20 times.

Akira first pursues his cute crush who happens to play the same game, then becomes sexy seducer of his first lover (*some yummy kiss scenes*), then becomes anxietic ("A feeling of uneasiness has been constantly following me around") despite them being so steady they still live together years later, then becomes his own traitor (NORMAL is to live with the one you love and to adapt all things TO it, not the other way around), the huge fear of potentially losing the loved one so powerful it actually makes him take actions to really lose them, similarly to young married Darth Vader. As unlike him he's not fully destroyed, he recovers his lost courage as nothing is actually worse than what he brought upon himself already, so he might as well FIGHT. He might have seen this reason beforehand, but people are not reasonable. Chemicals in their brains are storming their minds. That's life. The movie is called 'Life', because the genre is not Romance only.

Speaking honestly, if not for the captivating Shirasu Jin, I might have dropped this after the school years. I do like Romance. I have enough Life in life:) That's why even watching this, I wanted to see drama-sweet ending and not the "open ending" (hate those) sort of an end. We all add sugar, not sour, into our coffee, after all. That's why this manga, depicting one love that lasted the whole life (though apparently Akira died 13 years earlier than Yuki due all the smoking) is about as "realistic" as any other and the end was just as corny as you can watch anywhere else. But what can you do when you want to make a decent movie that is enjoyable. They tired their best, that's why they even released this director's cut.

Person Shirasu Jin
Handsome, hot, captivating face... Makes most of the dramas better just by being there. Makes me NOT drop them LOL
Seriously I finished most of his dramas just to keep watching his face... A good onscreen kisser, in both gay & straight dramas. He is good. Better than most dramas he's in.

Yamamoto Yusuke is not listed in cast for special episode. Why this picture??

Okay, there's NO Yamamoto Yusuke in this. Yet he is in Photos gallery.
Anyway this seems to have the same kind of humour as the previous series,
but only one of the guys from the main couple is here (with 2 new guys) and does different profession.
I watched it for a bit but I'm not interested in whole 54 minutes. I first thought this was just a one-time dead end thingy and he'll be back being a teacher and with Akagi in season 2, but it's not the case (covid probably messed with this, too) so I'm not watching that either.

I refuse to believe they killed themselves at the end! Makes no damn sense. Unlike Romeo and Juliet no one is…
They could have killed themselves way sooner and spare the audience. Anyways I didn't find the ending that sad. It was rather poetic & pretty, they looked like couple of mermaids:) The life was so depressing and suffocating. The family, the work, even being a shining "star" getting hounded by stupid "fans" anywhere. I could totally understand their desire to escape somewhere where finally NO ONE bothers them.

On A Love to Kill Jul 25, 2023
Forgive me but bratty looking New Chaiyapol and bratty looking Ak Akarat are both ridiculous in these dark k-drama roles and I did NOT even like the original. But believe me, thai trash version of 'A Love to Kill' is even worse. Unless someone might laugh during it, taking it as a parody.

The facial expressions the two "leading men" sometimes make make me feel like slapping them as brats at school lol. Ak Akarat was 32 in this. I don't know if his hairline was receding that much already that he had to wear that haircut and his hair combed forward like the old men do when partially balding, but it feels idiotic every time I look at him. New Chaiyapol alternates between visibly sweaty and dirty & black suit with stupid hair-gelled quiff. Either way, Vill Wannarot's "nang'ek" looks SO awkward paired with New Chaiyapol, that I wish he WOULD better kill this love, LOL
