That's not a wedding dress, it was simply a red robe xd I wrote this theory on Facebook a while ago, like if you want to read it: Red though is mainly used for weddings, it can also be a simple robe. For me, there're three reasons why they are using them. First I think is some symbolism to represent the deep bond between them (hence the same color, actually if you check the scenes after they came back to the Heaven realm, you'll see they usually wear matching clothes). Second, since both of them died in this scene, it's something to represent that they always are going to be together. Third, red is the color of life in China, so that may be a hint that one day they're going back to life. Edit: Also, since this is the color of marriage where "Death does apart two lovers", they also want to show that death doesn't make them apart by disappearing together with this particular color.
