Exactly!!! The only amusing part is after the swap, FL learns how to fight very well very fast…muscle memories…
Muscle memory only works, if you already had training to such an extend and Luo Ai Lian didn't. It is somewhat mentioned. So the face reconstruction took one month to heal, since when the plot starts at the point that the mircale doctor removes the band aid, it said one month ago. So may be it took her some months as well to train...
Not really, because unfortunately there are such mothers... So we get a glimpse into someone elses life. Only…
I know Chinese culture as well. But to generalise is not right. Because then we say that basically every mother is like this in China and they aren't...
It's not real, it's a drama. And btw there are parents all around the world behaving like this. Nothing exclusive…
It's a 0 to 10 rating, just as here... In China a very good rating starts from 8.5 and there aren't many dramas which have achieved such a high rating. I would need to read the reviews, in order to understand the rating. If you are interested, I would read them after work in around an hour :)

You have never met a toxic Western mom ;-)
And again it's a drama, it's fictional - ofc they are producing something what generates views... It doesn't necessarily be like in the drama. All Asian families I know aren't toxic at all and they are mainly from China...
So only to say that they are like this because of dramas, is not good. ;-) Because it's a drama and not real life...

Why do you think I was talking about Chinese parents or mothers?
Sorry to tell you this, but in reality you can find such mothers everywhere around the world ;-) I know some and they are caucasian... So please don't call them "China mother" - I am not Asian, but some ppl might be offended due to the use of it.
It has nothing to do with being Asian, Africa etc., it has something to do with culture, how you grew up, how you have been treated in live etc.
He only wanted the hotel in order to go back to headquarters with a feather in his cap. He obviously has no intention…
Every company first tries to carry out a transformation, which means "realigning the business area", "committing employees to change", "using new marketing approaches" and so on.
This is what MCH has already started and the hotel will of course continue to develop as a result (e.g. focus on weddings). Of course, it is usually more difficult to assert oneself on the market with every transformation, as this requires necessary investments and these changes must also be reflected by the staff (in the drama, this is addressed by "standardising" certain processes). In most cases, it is the staff who are not open to the changes that become the problem (here MCH reacts confidently by letting everyone decide for themselves whether to stay or leave).
In my opinion, it is not YZM that is the problem, but the one employee who is trying to stir up the others. My impression is that he is actually being paid because he finds fault with every issue instead of moving the hotel forward. If the hotel develops positively, the "old hands" will also develop into new positions, for example (MCH has also hinted at this in passing).
If YZM continues to try to buy the hotel, MCH will never forgive him. She would get the feeling that he was just taking advantage of her, which is why she would react in the same way as she did with her ex and dump him.
YZM has said himself that while she may look soft to outsiders, deep down she is highly determined to carry it out once she has made a decision... So if he wants to take this risk...
But for the scripwriters it wasn't enough drama, therefore they added lots of salt...
