I absolutely feel the same way as you. His dramas are fluffy, that's fine. But sometimes, it gets too fluffy for literally anyone's taste. It's fine to eat cotton candy, but it's never fine to eat a spoonful of sugar.
Almost all of his works are monotonous (with a few exceptions). Love By Chance 2 and My Gear and Your Gown feel very off-paced and at some points, cringy. *Gasp*
The director is the same for A Chance to Love. Both feel very off-reality and just seems like some fanfiction you can read somewhere on the depths of Wattpad. I believe that the actors are good, but the scripts and directing makes it feel bad. Very, very, bad.
