People here liking the sex scenes while I totally despise it. Damn, it feels like the sex here is used as a cheap instrument to keep the heat up. I know many shows where sex isn't involved but still you can feel the heat. I Told Sunset About You had one kissing scene (I think?) and yet I can grit my teeth due to the tension it had. Gaya Sa Pelikula had zero sex scenes yet the small gestures tell me that they do like each other, the same with Cherry Magic.
I just realized that we're halfway through the series and nothing that's even barely impeccable has happened. Things are the same as they were on Episode 1.
So I have high expectations for this series. I was also streaming live during the announcement and Nanon has explained that the reason why this was only his first bl series is because this was the only one that passed his standards basing only on the script. Knowing this, I have my standards set higher than usual, but probably not as high as I told Sunset about you part 2.
Can we appreciate how they did not make Tarn evil? Like why the hell do other shows make the girls evil? Tarn is such a compassionate, understanding human being that I applaud her consideration.
"You should apologize to your mother" was really touching. It shows how she's not making everything about her, but about Teh himself.
Is it Yongjian? or portrait of Teh in Yongjian style?
I really hate it when they make the girls evil. They get jealous. Their boyfriends / love interests are being stolen from them. Who wouldn't get angry?
That kissing scene was so beautiful that it is possibly the best kissing scene I have ever scene. It isn't lewd or lustful, but very innocent. It's underwater, yet still so beautiful and yet it has this feeling of uneasiness and tension. Seeing the documentary for that shooting made me super amazed with what everyone did in order to do that few seconds of kissing. Months of practice, overcoming PP's fear of fish and corals, PP's inability to use eye contacts during the shoot. The director even said that it's his first underwater scene. Crazy. It's so well done.
