The unexpected-ness of the last 5 minutes of episode 4 (the bridge jump scene) really got me on the feels. I felt that the character of Mr. Goo slowly becomes one of my favorite K-drama characters, impeccably acted by Seon Sok Ho - the calm mystery and dead blank stare in his eyes makes you want to know his character a lot better, and closer.
When the FL picked up Agatha Christie's book Crooked House, I could easily point out who MIGHT be the culprit (basing on the the novel) although I might be wrong since they change details on this drama.
The charm of this show relies on the character of Shimobee, not as a silent character and savior but a selfless guardian who looks after Yurina and her friends. The reason behind Shimobee's creation remains unanswered and shrouded in mystery on the last episode but undeniably posits the fact the her father always watches and guides her whenever he can. Shed a few tears on the last episode, and this would be one of my favorite doramas of this year.
A coming of age tale of a young girl grappling on the terms of an impending death and focused on the funerary rite that is called ending cut. Such a heartwarming and emotional drama, thank you for subbing this one. Indeed a special one. <3
That was an unexpected neat twist on the last episode, with such an appearance of Kento Hayasho as the Clean Alien. Thank you for subbing this lovely dorama!!!
Out of all Jdramas that was released this year, this one was pretty disappointing, especially on how they wrap everything up. It feels unfinished and unresolved, for a mystery themed show, it rather feels unengaging and meandering. Not to mention this last episode, honestly that was it?
