I’ll prob get yelled at this but if u don’t like the plot, just don’t watch. It’s fiction and it obviously…
no, it can promote rape culture and add to the hostility against gay people our society has. this isn't me trying to yell at you or anything, so just hear me out for a sec: representation for gay people is scarce, so when it we get a gay drama that's shit like this one, people take it to heart and use it to justify their homophobia. read the "gay panic" comment above because it explains a really important point. the LGBTQ community needs positive representation. it's never "just fiction." it's media portraying the lives of marginalized individuals. we can't be showing toxic shit like this, it doesn't help anyone and it's not entertaining. it's frankly a horrifying plot that the author wanted to use as a fantasy for straight women. the description just romanticizes the rape, having the victim and the rapist fall in love with seemingly no consequences for the rapist. it's not okay to show this kind of stuff on tv. you really have to take into account how much people learn about the world from watching dramas. coupled with the fact that this is about MLMs too, we're gonna be perpetuating the age-old stereotype that gay people are sexual predators. hope you understand. just my thoughts as a gay person myself.
I watched half of the first episode but the dialogues and the acting is just so off putting. I don't know if I…
personally i think it'll get better! it seems like a show more focused on character development rather than plot, so i think it'll take a few more episodes for us to really get what's going on.
LOL SAME at first i was like damn she can’t sing…and then i listened to the entire thing anyway 💀 and will continue to do so for every episode after this one
Channel 3's BLs are universally considered bad and the channel promotes too much toxic propaganda.
i think you misunderstood what i said. i have no idea why they made a cut version other than to make more people subscribe to their channel. they are a business, after all. i was talking about how bad the cut version is, not how bad the company's situation is. i know nothing of the company's supposed propaganda. also, what evidence do you have that ch. 3's BLs are considered universally bad? many people like lovely writer, the miracle of teddy bear, etc. anyways, goodbye.

i get that, but the main point why the drama is rated so low is because of the cut version and how bad it is. if they had only released the uncut version, the rating would be significantly higher.
I'll say an unpopular opinion, but I just want to share with you!I'm slowly reading the novel who inspired KinnPorsche…
i agree with everything you said, except for one part: "let's not treat the bottoms like girls." let's also not treat girls like that either! girls can be tops, bottoms, switches, whatever. i think a good way to put it would be that we shouldn't police anyone's sex lives and box them into a stereotype just because of the way they look or act. but yeah, it's always annoyed me how people call two gay men or two gay women "wife" and "husband" because of perceived sex positions. it's okay to be a bottom, regardless of gender.
to anyone deterred by the low rating: don’t be! it’s only representative of the cut version; people that watched the uncut version have rated the series significantly higher, and this is because the cut version removes important scenes and leaves the drama barren and confusing. it doesn’t do justice to the hard work of the production team and actors at all! the uncut version is a truly refreshing and surprisingly realistic show that i think everyone should watch. the actors have amazing chemistry and it’s most definitely leagues better than Oxygen the series, if any of you were worried about nut’s acting lol
