Despite a lot of part from the book is "fictionalized" to fit into the drama, but please take a note that his (Adelstein) story may not be entirely true. Take it with a grain of salt.
Episode 5-6 are the introduction to the big plot, the 2nd part will be dilemma whether or not the ogawa's gang will change the future or stick to the current timeline. But considering Ichro change of attitude near the end of his life (from Junko''s husband pov), I think they will stick to the current timeline. Kiyoshi may be the gamechanger in the 2nd half if he ended up marrying Junko.
They want to continue with Anne, but due to her circumstances (she live in France rn, for an obvious reason) they won't be able to do it. The rumors stated that it is going to be a recast but ultimately it became a separate/brand new adaptation.
What do you mean "turbulence" season? Like, it's gonna be especially bad?
I am expecting a decline in quality, at least in production value.
Also their writer is an expert in anime summer/winter movie which is non-cannon while kingohger's writer have a pretty diverse background. Not quiet sure he can handle a series.
