I agree, the reasonings I don’t like it so far is all the physical violence and the female lead character. And…
Yes, you're right. It has a lot of scenes with common reference points from many old dramas, which makes it seem like it's not original work. That's why the interest I want to feel or generate is lacking—because I've seen these scenes so many times before.
After watching 2eps It's good, you know. It's really good in every department. I wouldn't say it's great, but it's doing justice to the story and I'm having good time. However, something is missing; my heart doesn't feel full. I can't quite put it into words, but I can feel it. In these two episodes, something seems to be lacking, or maybe my expectations are just too high. I'm not sure!. Anyone wants to add anything?
yes I agree. Actually, my expectations from the series were a little high. I skipped the second episode and watched…
Yep, my expectation is also sky high as both of my fav actors are in it. And i hope they keep the momentum & pace of the drama carry-on till last and I'm expecting the screenplay to be more engaging without compromising the characterisation which is looking good.
Sorry for the late 1st ep comment. After watching 1st ep i didn’t get any hard-core rom-com vibe rather a slice of life drama. How could jung hae in never go off with his character, a brilliant actor of it's generation. Music is good, direction is okay, cinematography is good, screenplay could have been better it's flat, just initial thought. The 2nd half mom beating daughter scene is little dragged could have cropped & nothing any other flaws.
Oaky let's finish ep2 then talk more..
If anyone want to say or discuss anything please give a comment!
I don't know what to comment on this. I am in a dilemma. After a long time, I found myself in this situation.…
And I wanted to say one thing that a lot of people troll me when I said about a Korean drama where they used forced English to make the main lead look cool, where the actor doesn't had a clue what's he's/she's talking about which eventually affects the performance of that good actor, I don't want to name the actor but it neither makes sense nor enhances the performance and looks very awkward, so for you guys this movie has the jackpot, the way Gong Yoo has done his accent and performed while talking English is the best example of how it's done, it's brilliant 👏 that's how you do it and sometimes actors and directors should learn from their fellow great actor how it's done and not just for some showy cool things, which ultimately helps to make the scenes comfortable and raise the performance quality to another level.
I don't know what to comment on this. I am in a dilemma. After a long time, I found myself in this situation. I can't say if I am satisfied with it or not, as per my expectations but I will put it as an experimental unique (AI) concept by daring creators, for which I will give it an extra half star. There are many things go wrong with it, mainly the screenplay, and editing, but there are also positive things like the concept, cinematography, performances and the dream of presenting something different. So It's not a bad watch actually.
1) Let me introduce her - similar husband-wife dynamics & caring/ life saviour ML, complex mother in law character…
I think I've watched the above 3 & i wanted to watch a thriller, although "I have a lover" isn't a thriller but i think the plot is interestingly surprising one ,should check this out btw thanks for writing, i really appreciate it.
Do any one have any recommendations of any other drama same as this one because i have to wait for another week for the rest eps & i can't wait, i need to watch something similar like this. The drama has to be good performance & exciting like this one. And not popular ones as i must gave watched. Anyone plz reply!!!!
This's the best thing I'm watching in 2024 as per i remember, it's a hell of a drama, brilliant performance, can't describe how good the actors are in it. I don't know if Koreans are liking it or not but i hope It should win the performance awards from the korean jury. Only 2ep left, can't hold on for another week.
