So I have finally done what I should have done a week ago. I've blocked those two troll accounts (Hao and Vince) operated by the same person.

I just want to enjoy the drama and share my excitement with fellow fans here. I don't need the troll behaviour to take a dump on my excitement.

On the same note, from here onwards, I will be blocking any troll account I find myself facing on this page or on this website as a whole.

I won't be responding to them anymore. Responding to them gives them fuel to post more and more outrageous comments on here, and I do not wish to provide any more fuel to them.

Seriously though, I always felt that this particular drama page was very positive and fun, with everyone excited for the drama. Until those two troll accounts showed up here. SMH.

Alright, so considering that this drama is about a Cat Demon, can I hope for Xu Kai and Tian Xiwei to do a promo video with their own cats?
Just put the two in a room together with their cats, and do a fun interview talking about their cats. I know Xu Kai has multiple cats, and Tian Xiwei has at least one, if not more (I heard she too has multiple cats, but I'm not so sure).

Just an idea, and I hope the drama team does something like this. Or perhaps it can be done with fans requesting it?

I guess, in the end, what matters is how good the adaptation is, how solid the screenplay was written, and how good it was directed.

Hoping for both the dramas to do well.

PS: I only know that WDBD's novel was more famous internationally. I don't know if that is the case in China as well. Please feel free to correct me on this.

'Writer' here actually means 'Author' of original novels. Now, I haven't read either of the novels, but I do know Youku drama's novel is more famous, at least internationally. I believe it's because 'Offering Salted Fish To Master' was translated into English long back (back in 2022, when neither dramas were even announced).
