I think I said it multiple times already lol, he's got a stethoscope on. Research doctors do not usually wear stethoscopes. And also, research doctors are also very busy.

Exactly, given that Shao Yichen in the novel wanted a family and Ji Xing was too busy to fulfill that. But here, Shao Yichen himself would be a lot more busy than Ji Xing. How can he expect Ji Xing to be available for him to start a family when he himself isn't available for her when needed?
But he grabbed her for a kiss with the orange slice still dangling from his lips. Isn't it like Han Ting to have…
You better save the novel for after the drama so that you can truly enjoy the drama. I really wish I was like you.
But yes, Han Ting novel is very different from the drama version, at least from the trailers and clips they have released. He seems a lot softer, more jealous, and more in love with Ji Xing initially. Han Ting absolutely had no feelings for Ji Xing up until she broke up with her boyfriend. Even after that, he was more sexually attracted to her, and then started to like her gradually after they had the one-night stand.
Are you sure the person is criticizing the appearance? The person said that they were just making fun of the title. I don't see any issue here? And I have called out on the person's Xenophobic comments. I am not the hypocrite here.
I have a life, buddy. And I don't live my life hating on a country's people, like you. The one who is Xenophobic here is you, and I am calling you out on it. Don't expect to display your apparent Xenophobic views here and not get criticized for it. I have also commented to the other person with the same message.
I don't care what happened something somewhere. You brought your apparent Xenophobia into the conversation here and have the nerve to talk about class even after doing that? It's not my personal space, but it sure is not a space for Xenophobia.
For fuck's sake, why the fuck did you bring countries into something so unrelated? Are you so butthurt to do this? Go and buy something to ease your fucking itch and don't pull this type of disgusting behavior here.
Talking about class when you bring out Xenophobia into the conversation. Yeah, very classy

I also think so. Which is why I am in the process of separating the two before I start watching the show. I am slowly, but surely, getting there. I want to like and enjoy the drama on its own merit. I know I will not if I am always thinking about the changes they made.
I don't think it matters what his profession is. It has no bearing on the plot whether he is an engineer or doctor.
He's got a stethoscope on. He is a doctor. Han Ting does meet Shao Yichen and Ji Xing at an opera (or some kind of play). That's the situation you see in the drama clip. He does appear a bit jealous in that clip in the drama, but that's what I don't like about this situation. Han Ting, in the novel, was not jealous of Shao Yichen before Ji Xing and Shao Yichen broke up, because Han Ting did not have any feelings for Ji Xing. I don't like jealous MLs, at all. Especially those who act on it. Han Ting did get jealous later in the novel, but he didn't act on it. He almost did act on it once, but he backed out of it. That is what I like about the novel.

It does matter. Doctors are a lot more busier, and their schedules a lot more messier. Last minute cancellations of plans/dates and all are very common for them. So, it does matter because, in novel's context, Ji Xing is the one who was busier amongst the two. And this led them to break up.

Love the 2nd, 5th, and of course the last one sung by Seven. I especially like the 5th one, going by the preview.
