Oh, so you agree not everyone rates the same? Bingo. Not everyone who gives it a 10 is a hardcore. I also agree that everyone who gave it a 1 is not a hater, but a great many of them are. They have been downrating XK's dramas as soon as they air.
The situation here, it was 8.3 last night, and then a couple of hours later, it dropped down fast to 6.7. Do you not think haters have been at work for this? You must be naive if you think otherwise. No other c-drama on here got this treatment on the first day itself. Even the very bad ones.

I always rate a drama a 10, be it XK's or others. I see you have rated The Double highly. I have also rated it a 10. It was a 10 until the last episode, which greatly disappointed me, so I changed it to a 8 in the end. We have the option to do that.

That guy who calls ML a simp literally posts the same comment on every c-drama. I sometimes even wonder if he's even watching the drama before making comments that ML is a simp.

You can always change the 10s later, we will be here when the drama finishes. Will the haters be here to change their ratings? And most of us XK fans have to give it 10 to balance out these haters. Don't group the fans and haters as same, disgusting.

There is, and for the first time, I did not hate that the leads broke up. The break up was much needed for them to figure things out before getting back together for a long haul (until their death, literally).

These days, before watching a c-drama, I'm first coming to MDL comment section. You get real insights on here only. The ratings (even higher ratings) and reviews are very misleading here.

There are ex Bai Lu - Xu Kai shippers also hating on Xu Kai. The constant between two ships is Bai Lu. I personally would not even call them fans, they are just mentally ill people leading pathetic lives. I really like Bai Lu, but I cannot stand these people who claim to be her fans.

For those who are wondering if the rating is a glitch, nope. Xu Kai's got haters from a certain actress' fandom, and the only purpose of their pathetic lives is to downrate any and all of his dramas.

The rating will take care of itself if the drama is good, don't worry.
