Maybe he had some incurable disease or a different life threat much bigger than bowling alley head, and he just wanted to collect money for the orphanage. And, he couldn't share it with his only friend Boku to save him from misery. And only the ML kind of understood him, and in the initial conversation, asked him why he is doing it all. He may be also like the spectacles guy in S1.

Wooseok character was so layered. He was the most miserable and he had no control over his actions. His life after the incident would have been the most miserable. The way he called Si Eun in the boxing court dream was too emotional which S2 lacked.

For all those negative comments for season 2, its still very good. It just got the pacing wrong and kept all the important things for next season.

Season 2 was not that good. There were actual life threats with knifes, guns in this one, which was not there in season 2. And I wanted to see Beon Seok , his acting and character was so superb.

Additionally, it can make you feel less interested to see any kdrama.

Well said. It would be a hit or miss due to its subjective nature. It was a very thin line between really enjoying it vs was so irritating for it to watch. And for me it was the latter.

I think everyone would have felt the lighting sword fight at episode 11 was well executed.

I was wrong about my judgement of the second Ml which was made clear in episode 8. One of the few things , I seem to like in the show is the second leads ,not the usual second lead better comment or not because of the sex related topics, they just had better conversations and interactions than the male leads

Yep , agreed. But, her character being not able to express emotions could have been established by her childhood (not getting care from her mother). But , already in the same drama, we have the ML who didn't even get any know or get any care from parents and there is the novel writer , who was abused by father etc. Atleast , in a 12 episode drama, at episode 8 , she should act differently to ML, her character should treat him better compared to starting of show, which I am not seeing. So, her actions are telling she is selfish.

I didn't mention ML was not selfish. Insisting so much to a nice person , I would call selfish . Do you think blackmailing or forcing someone is just selfish ? She may not have feelings for him , but the way he treated her, did things for her , telling her he likes her , she should be polite to him and treat him with kindness , ask for this opinion. She treating her as little sis , shows she is kind to her . The actions you are mentioning could you mention many of it, which makes her not selfish. I have many which proves otherwise , like recent ones i watched till episode 8, she wants him to move to his rooftop , a normal person would request him, she just says to him, you need to. would at least clean it for him, the room itself is in poor condition that why does she think he needs to suffer? you can counter argue with she knew he lives in shabby place, it is for his own good , it is for comedic reasons etc. But, for me she should atleast request for his help ..
